Manager was friendly. Lady taking our order was friendly but was unable to accurately place the order and multiple items were wrong.

Fast service, but anything I want that is new that is advertised is out. They fired me for being "too slow" when I had specifically been doing everything right, and I can't compensate for people who aren't here to work. That's not my issue, that's a scheduling issue. Get your act together. I did my cleaning job before antone else did.

A bit chaotic due to crowded time of day, but food was served quickly and as ordered.

This location blew me out of the water compared to other BKs. The manager/owner is awesome with his team. The day I was there, there was an even going on and they were slammed...they really stepped up and got everyone through line and their food in a matter of minutes the manager took the team aside and praised them all then went out and made sure the packed house was happy and got what they wanted and checked if they needed anyone else.
