order wasnt correct, had to keep repeating order and sounded like the drive-thru attendant was not paying attention to the customers or the order... would avoid the northway BK here in Anchorage, AK

Burger King on Penland Pkwy was ok. They need to fix their drive through with some new asphalt.

New chain restaurant, clean but the employees don't know the WiFi password yet. Popular already, it was busy when I was there.

The Burger King at northway is absolutely terrible they NEVER Get my order right even when the counter person specifically tells the cooks about my special order food is usually cold and old fries most of the crew including both managers are incredibly rude and immature they have no idea what customer service is. This has been an on going for awhile now I keep going back because if I actually get the food right and hot it's good burger king is the ONLY fast food restaurant that I like and I can't afford to go all the across town to go to the dimond store I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years now I really hope that somebody might actually pay attention to this and do something about it Thank you

First time here and I might come back if im in the area. Great customer service. Unfortunately, everything else is downhill from that. The food is just ok (I remember the whopper tasting better than this), but then again, its been about a year since ive had it. Women's restroom needed plenty of attention. Place looks like its been here a while (i.e. needs minor improvements to make it look good again). I would go back just for the employees' friendliness. The Mac n Flaming hot cheetos were good but you need to eat them while theyre hot.
