Wendy's

Hot fresh and made to order. Love Wendy's, a little pricier than other fast food but so worth it.. The staff are almost always super happy and seem to enjoy their jobs.

This Wendy's is hit and miss with customer service. At certain times they have an excellent crew on shift and then other times they must have a C team manager working cause it is greatly slower and less friendly added with lack of proper customer service. So it is simply a matter of who is on that makes or breaks this Wendy's

Personal, I think they have the best premium burgers of the chain fast food joints in Anchorage. Somewhat greasy, but more fresh tasting than the others.

I went through the drive-through. To be honest, I'm in Juneau for a year and I miss Wendy's. It's not even like I really eat much fast food, but the fact that it's unavailable in Juneau makes me miss it. So when I'm in Anchorage, I always go to Wendy's once. To be honest, they really couldn't do anything to disatisfy me. But also, the woman who took my order sang to me. I love this place.

I ordered a single hamburger with lettuce, tomato and onion, with medium fries and a soda. The "combo" price was just under $9.00. This was my second visit to an Anchorage Wendy's this year. Same exact problems. Won't make this mistake a third time! There must be a shortage of fresh vegetables out there! One tiny leaf of limp lettuce that didn't even cover the hamburger! And, one onion ring . . . not a whole slice but one ring! And, the tomato was sliced almost paper thin, barely two inches in diameter and with a discolored pulpy consistency. Not sure how these folks can serve this stuff with a straight face! And, how come they don't have hamburgers on the menu priced without cheese . . . which would normally be fifty cents to a dollar cheaper? All hamburgers are priced with cheese. They asked me if I wanted cheese and I said no. But, same price! I got gypped again. Recent remodeling of their restaurants was a waste of time and money. That isn't the problem. Food quantity and quality matter! Customer service matters! Wendy's needs to give it up. They lost their mojo after founder Dave Thomas died. He's got to be rolling over in his grave. I give up . . . I'm out of here.
