It is a Burger King. Made to order burgers reheated. Fries adequately warm. No Wi-Fi. CNN on the tube. Broken soap dispenser in Men's restroom. Staff is mature & friendly.

Don't know about the drive through but the lobby service is the exact opposite of what you think of as "fast food" during lunch.

Every time I come to Burger King on JBER something is always not right with the food. Special order something they give it to me however they want to. Aug 15 2017 at 12:37pm, I just asked for a number 9 with bacon and I get a regular chicken sandwich. What was the point of me spending an extra dollar for bacon? Interestingly though, the wrapper is marked it has bacon... but no bacon. Who takes the time to mark it down but not make sure its on there. SMH. I ordered it to go so now that I'm back to work I find the order is wrong. Thanks BK. Don't think that you got a free $1 out of me. that $1 just earned you a negative review. Hopefully this review will help other people speak up on the unsatisfactory service provided and help JBER make a change. (possibly a restaurant change)
