Goodwill - New Richmond

Great store. Has lots of name brand clothing. Just have everything!!! Clean and well organized! Best goodwill store I've ever been to!

This Goodwill has a really nice selection of used goods. It also has new clothes from Target so it is nice to have that option. Some of the prices are pretty high on occasion but for the most part I have been able to find something each time I go there.

Overpriced. Not enough sales to shop frequently. Would rather go to Two Fish Thrift right down the street, 100% of the money spent there goes to the local food shelf. And they have amazing staff and unbelievable prices. Say no to Goodwill.

Went in today and was behind a lady doing a return. All I listened to was the cashier complain how sick she was and how much the register sucked etc ....I stood waiting to pay for an item almost five minutes before she finally called a back up cashier....Because complaining and conversation was more important. Also I love that they keep refilling merchandise, however customers should never have to dodge a maze of merchandise to get to look at things.... Needless to say I left my cart and my large furniture purchase aside and left.....It's always negative negative negative....Never smiles or hellos. I'm done. I'll drive elsewhere if I feel the need to utilize goodwill

The staff are kind and helpful, the store is clean and organized. And that is credit to the hard working and grossly underpaid staff of the store. I have a real problem with how the crooked and rather "ill-willed" people of Corporate GW make their cashiers try to guilt EVERY one EVERY time into "rounding up to the next dollar" with EVERY purchase you make! By making their cashiers ask EVERY one to round up to the next dollar. Again, making them say that is for the training of disabled people to make them work ready. And yes of course the cashiers are ranked by how many people they can get to do it! How low and crappy is that? And add to that, now CROOKED corporate GW has even taken away the staffs piddly 25% discount!! So I think they need to be investigated on their very ILL-willed dishonest ways. But more so!! EVERY one MUST say NO to rounding up!! BECAUSE IT IS SO VERY WRONG TO ALL EXCEPT for the overpaid ILL Willed Fat Cats of corporate GW. Make the fat cats do their own dirty work!! Rather than the people that they/GW is supposed to be helping!! Say no and ask to speak to store manager, stating that you don't want this employ treated unfairly because you don't want to give to this unaccounted for bs any more! And that the employee be given reconition for their outstanding work performance and not docked due to my/your not wanting to be extorted for more money than the already over priced things I just bought w/o ANY accountability for it!
