Burger King

Stopped by this overcast day for lunch. Even before ordering something seemed odd. The place was empty except for one other lunchtime diner. Perhaps it was because inside the place it was freezing cold . . . no heat for some reason . . . very uncomfortable. There were many employees behind the counter . . . at least six. Seemed like they were just standing around talking. Not sure why so many or what they all were doing. Took four of them to finally get my simple Whopper Meal order into the computer. Computer problem or lack of technical training? Who knows? One guy at the register apologized for it taking so long. Had to wait some more for my fries and hamburger to come up. I thought because I waited my food would be hot or at least warm . . . not so . . . room temperature at best. Dining tables needed wiping down . . . scraps of food and grime all over the place. This place needs some serious management attention. I recollect my dining experiences at other BK’s many decades ago. Things have gone downhill and I won’t be going back.

I give a BIG FAT 0 they are rude even the store manger the food was cold and there was plastic in the whooper the manager didn't want to fix the order or give money back I will never go back. They need to be closed down n not open tell new works and management is hired

Always dirty, staff is slow and will be sure to service their friends before you. The soda fountain drain smells so terrible I will never get a drink there. This place is in dire need of new management, new staff and a new owner for that matter. One who cares about their store and will physically check up on it regularly. And if the online is checking up on it, and has done nothing, then the owner is even more so terrible for the brand name I once enjoyed.

The have a very nice froot loop milkshake. My 1st ever by myself. 2nd ever in real life.

Staff always nice but the drive thru is awkward and also dangerously slick (unmaintained) during winter months!
