Story

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we’ve been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich “Meatcraft™”, and our dedication to Meatcraft™ informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It’s why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we’re happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

Tonight I attempted to make an order at 6:20, mind you the location closes at 7, I was told that their system was doing their nightly reboot and that they wouldn't be able to do anything for 20-30 minutes when it was finished. Um ok. I know that there isn't such a thing especially 40 minutes before they close anyhow.

This location used to be okay but lately it's been terrible. 2 of the last 4 times I ordered take-out from here, my sandwich was undercooked and inedible. Something is wrong at this location and needs to be fixed. I know I won't be going back any time soon.

Very lackluster and bridging on unprofessional. I would always make sure to check your receipt at this location. I had several items put on my ticket that I didn't even order. I shocked it up to -- it being a fluke, but when it happened a second time in a month, when I went to this location ( and so far, only this location )... I'm guessing the company is trying to make extra money by having the employees do this, in a flattering economy. Or the cashiers don't know how to ring up orders properly. I would steer clear of this location if you can, if you still want Arby's ... I would still go to another Arbys location. then you don't have to hear all the screaming kids at the ice rink to boot! tldr; Hope this warning helps others save their hard earned money, on things they didn't order and ones they don't receive.

Their roast beef sandwich reminds me of a girlfriend in high school I had.
