Turnagain Arm Pit BBQ

We had fantastic service from our waitress for an early dinner. The pulled pork was perfectly moist and delicious, and the side dishes appeared to be freshly made as they were great too. Also enjoyed the chili and the fried pickles. The interior is very clean and has a perfect theme. They offer a 10% military discount. But even before that was applied, I was surprised that the prices were very reasonable, especially considering the generous portion sizes. Every table has four different kinds of delicious BBQ sauce. Good variety on the menu, and they have a special Mexican menu on Tuesdays. This is a fantastic place.

Looks like a dump from the outside. It is very much a bbq joint when you walk through the,door. Best bbq pork ever!! There are several kinds of sauce on the staple from very mild to very spicy so you can flavor to your own likeness

As Chris Rock once said, "Cornbread, ain't nothing wrong with that!" Real sweet tea this far north and west of the Mason Dixon line is nothing to take lightly. Food is great, staff is friendly, and the decor is very warm and inviting.

They are the only place in town that service REAL sweet tea. They also have really good brisket and there sides are to die for. No need to work if you have a tomato allergy because you as the sauce at your table.

Have eaten here twice for lunch and it was reasonably good. The third time I went in I stood at the counter totally ignored for over 15 minutes while the waitstaff goofed around, stood around, and checked out for the night to count their tips. The place was nearly empty except for employees and not a one of them seemed remotely interested in selling me some BBQ. Finally I turned around and left, despairing of ever getting waited on. Will not go back as I am not interested in begging people to sell me food in a restaurant.
