Ok this place has to be by far the best burger restaurant in Guelph. These folks are so underrated. I walked in with my girlfriend not expecting much but I was blown away by the quality of the food. I tried their machine burger, loved every bit of it. My girlfriend had a cheese burger and said this is the best cheese burger she had. Great customer service, excellent prices. I'm definitely coming back.
This place probably serves the biggest portions especially their fries. I can’t think of one place in guelph that serves a bigger portion of fries than these guys. Can’t go wrong with their cheese burger with bacon strip on top. Truly amazing and fresh food.
Burger factory makes THE BEST hamburgers in the region. A little pricey, however the service, quality & food presentation reflect that. Thanks so much for being so close to work :p
I came to this Burger Factory Guelph location through a friend's recommendation and I am so glad I did! The menu prices were so affordable for the huge food portions you would get and the variety of food items you can order in one place. I was blown away by the flavours in their burgers, you can tell they used great quality ingredients in their products and it tastes freshly made, I can definitely say it's way better than frozen burger patties. Plus the side order of fresh cut fries were crispy when you bite into them, as fries should be. The kitchen crew obviously knows how to make excellent meals and they are highly skilled at what they do. The whole meal left me highly satisfied and my tummy happily full. The overall service was an amazing one with friendly staff and it's also a great place to unwind with friends while enjoying delicious meals together. I will definitely come back to Burger Factory in Guelph on my next visit to try more of their menu items! I have my eyes on their funnel cake with strawberries, ice cream and whipped cream, the pictures of it looks so delicious and mouthwatering. I can't wait to go back there and eat it! I have a good feeling that the funnel cake will deliver a satisfying fullest to my sugar cravings with each and every bite of it! I am looking forward to it! I highly recommend this place to everyone looking for a great meal to eat when in Guelph. Cheers!
I love this place!! I come here often and the burgers are so incredibly fresh. Tonight we dined in and had the crispy chicken burger which was juicy and delicious and a nice portion! We also had the tornado fries and were amazing fresh out of the fryer The staff was very nice and accommodating and was great to watch our food being made! Strawberry shake was incredible Also their funnel cakes are AMAZING! Sit in and enjoy it right out of the fryer it’s insane highly recommended with strawberry’s and ice cream and whipped cream
Great experience at the Guelph location. Staff was friendly and attentive. All orders were delivered to our table correct which is great since the 4 of us all ordered different items. Food was fresh and hot! Kids especially love the Mac and Cheese Bites but I’m there for the burger and fries and none of it disappointed. Location was clean and multiple booth or table and chair options for sitting. I/we will definitely be back over and over.
Juicy Lucy on Fire was awesome! funnel cake was nice, but a bit pricey. tornado fries were a bit bland, would've liked some more spice/flavour.
Ordered the juicy Lucy on fire with tornado fries. Burger was quite good, tornado fries were nothing special. Overall decent value for money. Staff were reasonably pleasant. Restaurant was clean although a bit loud at the counter, the staff member and I had to nearly yell at each other to understand what we were saying. Recommend giving Burger Factory a try, certainly above average!
the most delicious thing you can try, the hamburgers are delicious, the meat is fresh, the staff is very friendly and the service is fast, considering that everything is made at the moment. I would definitely go backFood: 5/5
They have the best hospitality. I enjoyed every single bite of the meal. The best thing is their whole menu is Halal.
