I love garlic roast beef. Juice tender roast beef. Perfectly cooked. Not anymore today I got a smashed bun dry meat barley any beef and more garlic sauce than beef. I was disappointed. This store on days is only as good as its manager. Well I guess we know this manager is not with his weight in drier up beef. The sandwich reminded me of the commercial with an old lady screaming where's the beef.
Never a big fan of fast food, Arby’s has always been an acceptable option. Have enjoyed the likes of their roast beef sandwiches, gyros, chicken strips, chicken sandwiches and curly fries. Running errands got me stopping and enjoying their roast beef gyro with curly fries. Updated seating area was clean with a staff doing a good job keeping tables wiped down and disinfected. The manager, I believe her name was Theresa, was making her rounds and took the time to chat. For fast food, I am willing to make an acceptation.
Was out and about shopping and I came up on this Arby's. Firstly, walking in, the store was nice, cared about. The dining area was much nicer than most fast food places I've seen. Get to the counter, and I get one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a fast food situation in a long time. Ciena, I believe was her name. What a wonderful employee that went out of her way to make me feel important. Store management should really take note of this amazing young lady, she single-handedly assured this store that my wife and I will return again!
Very friendly staff. Food was good and order was delivered to me fast in drive through. I did order a cheese and was forgotten but wasn't rung up, so no harm.Food: 4/5
Do not come to this location they will mess up your order every time I had one ordered messed up I ordered a medium fry and it was Half a box of fries they put in the bag I called up there they said oh after an attitude we can replace it and then not even a week later I gave him another chance ordered a large crinkle fries and there was literally barely any crinkle fries in there and the rest of them are curly The managers have attitudes and put blame on everybody else or they’ll blame it on being short staffed…. There drive thru times are ridiculous and the insides not open
I have never been disappointed at this location. Truely excellent customer focused management. Teams great there too, but it has good leadership based on how it seems the employees are always happy and when I do have a problem they are quick to make it right anyways necessary.Food: 5/5
I got 2 fish sandwiches and asked for extra tarter on the side they sloped it on both fish sandwiches and it was like eating a jar of tarter sauce the fish wouldn't even stay on the buns. I always look forward to the fish sandwiches. Yesterday we went the Arby's off of hwy 10 and ordered the 2 for $7 and asked for extra tarter on the side we got 2 little containers full of tater. I have never had any problems with the Arby's by Walmart until a few days ago
First time there in 16 years. Prices are just as high as if I went to a restaurant and was waited on. Fast food used to be a cheaper venue for going out to eat.Food: 4/5
Attempted to order a Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwich. Upon opening it at home, discovered there was NO CHICKEN on my chicken sandwich. The level of idiocy required to make a chicken sandwich without chicken is literally incomprehensible to me.
Tried the fish sandwich with fries. It was March, and it was cold in the drive thru, so Atmosphere was a low mark. Food: 4/5
