I ordered a burrito bowl with double barbacoa meat, fajita veggies, white rice, and black beans. I only got white rice and a VERY SMALL amount of meat. This order was $18. I ordered pick up and didn't think to check the food but was so disappointed when I got home and saw my meal.
Warning to my VEGETARIAN friends DO NOT eat here. 11/13/22 5:30pm I mentioned a cross contamination in the the fajitas, and kindly asked for fajitas without meat, the girl serving food laughed at me and said that’s all there is..I told her I was vegetarian and she continued to look at me, while I took pictures of the fajitas. I would not recommend this location to those with meat allergies for it’s a safety hazard that wasn’t taken seriously….
Our most recent visit to the St. Cloud Chipotle resulted in us going back to show the manager on duty the roach in our tacos. They offered to remake the order but we opted out. It was just really disgusting. They refunded our entire order but just be on the look out if you ordered/order from this location.
I love chipotle, but honestly it’s always a hit or miss on this one’s food. Last issue I had was that the rice was extremely hard and gross, which wouldn’t be the first time, just the first time I’m saying something about it. I typically order my food to go, so when I get home it’s honestly very disappointing. This issue i have this time is the steak. I have no issue paying the up-charge for steak, but when I get pieces that are only chewy pieces of fat, there’s a major issue. The picture are shows unchewed pieces, first glance you can see it’s just pieces of fat not actual meat, they look disgusting. Anyway, very disappointing, but now I know better to ask for a sample of the food before ordering.
Cafeteria style. If you're a basic eater, I do not recommend. Meats are not of great quality. I had the steak and didn't bother to finish. Steak had a lot of fat, too much. Building its self is relatively new. Was clean when we visited. Kitchen was quite gross & the some of the staff was unprofessional.
They no longer have overly salted meats!!! For like a year someone was over salting...my son told me they fixed the issue so, I went back and it was fine. I complimented to two staff members for the change and they seemed annoyed by my compliment. I'll keep my opinion to myself after this post. I felt embarrassed that I even spoke up because of the response.
Seriously lacking professionalism. A bunch of school aged kids with pitiful management that clearly doesn’t care about the service being provided to customers. I along with 3 other customers were waiting to be checked out while the cashier was just mingling in the back visible. We had to get their attention in order to be checked out.
The customer service is terrible, very bad attitude of the employees. They say that the client has to adjust to the service they give us even when I said no matter if I need to pay more. There is no empathy with the customer. the employee is a reflection of what managers are. Cero tolerance very bad service in general. I think they should raise the quality standard for their employees.
Probably the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. The workers absolutely hate their lives. I also have SCHEDULED large catering orders and spent good money, days in advance, only to tell me my order does not exist upon arrival. This place is terrible.
Haven't been in maybe a year or so. I did get double steak and side of guac. But wow prices have went up significantly. 24 dollars for one bowl. Extra meat. No drink.
