Was given this as a chocolate milkshake today ..... I go here everyday I get a chocolate milkshake everyday it is always filled up right into the lid and mixed properly today I got one and the little girl with beige headscarf behind the counter she gives me this and I looked at her stunned and I said I'm missing about a quarter of my milkshake there and it's not mixed either and she goes no that's what you get we have a cup that determines the size and yes it is mixed .... like I haven't bought one there every other day for the last few years .... including 2 last night and 1 the day before ..... Guess the customer is not always right at this place .. but the minimum wage employee who work there a month definitely lost my business..... For you to just flat out tell me I'm wrong and expect this to be okay you need some customer service skills lady I worked in fast food for a long time for you to go and make my shake properly would have taken you less than a minute but instead you'd rather argue with the customer....nice job
This place had great food and the service is great to.. Some days there are under staffed an that causes some delays in the speed of service but they are always trying to get it out as fast as they can. They have some staff that need to really work on there customer service but most of the staff are great to deal with. I would go there everyday if I could.. Dont just judge before you have been in there position.
Just to be fair, I gave it a 3. Even before pandemic times, this place was great when the upstairs level was open and you had access to the washroom and more place to sit. Now, it's closed and only the bottom main level is accessible. Hand sanitizer dispensers are empty, not sure for how long. No washrooms on the main floor. Long wait times for some, even when 2 customers were ahead of me, I gotten my meal before them. When I was finished, they were still waiting for their orders. Other than that, staffs are nice and friendly.
Google says they open at 11. I was there at 11 on the dot and sat in the driver thru for over 10 minutes and no one answered. Went up to the window to ask what is going on, they said because they had a delivery they were opening late... There was at least 5 people working... Needless to say I did not order but was extremely frustrated. This is the only burger king in town and they just run on their own schedule. Not happy with this customer service at all.
Ridiculous owner management. Exploitation of poor staff with just 2 doing everything drive thru, in store and Uber Eats orders. THIS IS SOMETHING NEVER EXPECTED FROM BURGER KING FRANCHISE AND MANAGEMENT. I think this store is worsening the brand value of Brand Management.Food: 1/5
Staff is absolutely unprofessional. Will not hand the order at drive thru even if their instructions on delivery app say that the order must be picked up from drive thru window. Happened to me several times.
Such a bad location, waiting for place an order for 15 min with my little kid a day there is a no one ahed of line , staff are just talking to each other and when I ask for taking my order , they have excuse that they are understaffed and I have to wait, I ask to talk to manager . Now manager name Tina she even don't know how to deal with customer , I told her about waiting for 15 min for placing an order and even there is a no line up and her answer was if I can't wait I have to leave at door. This is how the manager is treated with customers , like customers have to wait for 30 minutes for placing orders?
I would have submitted this review to the Burger King website/customer service survey if I could, but unfortunately, not even that aspect of their business is functioning, and so I am forced to voice my concerns about the health violations and overall pathetic customer service I witnessed today here. Firstly, to the man who picked up your order several minutes before me, I hate to break it to you, but your food was surreptitiously dropped in the actual garbage can a minute before you picked it up; obviously the worker was certain you wouldn't mind your snack a little on the trashy side when she plucked it back out with her bare hands which at no point did she wash in the 30 minutes I was present. But that stands aside from my own experiences at this joint, which has given me a newfound understanding of a why I've never seen a lineup here, b why nobody has ever recommended I eat here, and c why the restaurant is probably never actually even open. After taking a relaxing stroll, I decided that maybe a nice trip to Burger King might be a step up from the dinner I could currently make at home - what a colossal mistake that was! The disaster began as soon as I entered. I waited at the cash register for ten whole minutes as workers strolled by like grossly humanoid snails. There was no eye contact to be seen. It was as though the front cash register didn't exist. As I stood waiting, I watched a woman mosey around the kitchen, chatting with her coworkers about how she was off for two days this week. Awesome! She was getting a great head start! I eventually gave up on placing an order at the front and submitted a mobile order. Then I waited for 15 minutes as the staff continued to ignore me, and this other poor guy that wandered in. It was so leisurely I almost felt relaxed too. It was during this time I witnessed the garbage incident. Finally, after 15 minutes, the main snail came over to ask, 'you got the crispy chicken, right???' She was very confident for someone who hadn't taken my order first nor last. I told her no, it was a Jr. Whopper, and it was at this point I realized they hadn't even started the order. So I stood there even longer watched her dump half my already small fry on the counter as she added it to the bag as they took their time making my burger. Finally, they handed it over. Wasn't even any ketchup on it. What a disappointment of an establishment. Save yourself the time and dignity and go to McDonald's instead. They should really call it Burger Peasant instead.

Absolutely disgusting restaurant. Tables not cleaned, bathroom handles doesn't look like it's been cleaned in months, hand dryer doesn't work and no paper towels, service is less than par.Food: 1/5
