The food was good, service was friendly but quite slow and prices were a bit high for the size of burger patty which was a bit small. I had the cheeseburger combo - 3.8/5 The burger patty was very good but a bit small, made with fresh ground beef never frozen. The burger had way too much sauce and ended up a bit soggy but the toppings were nice and crispy and bun was great. Fries were big and tasty, similar to chip truck fries. All in all it was good, but there are more memorable burger options in the area that I would recommend before trying this.
We were in Ottawa for the day and looking for a burger place. This one had great reviews so we decided to take a drive there. I was expecting a sit down type place but this was more cafeteria/ fast food. That being said, the food was really good. I loved my chicken burger and my husband got the Juicy Lucy on fire and said it was really good. We shared a combo with fries. I'm not a huge fan of fries in general and these were ok. I think if I ever go back I'll try the onion rings. The service was really good, too, the lady at the counter took the time to answer my questions.
Eating at Burger Factory was a fun experience. The burgers and fries are very good. Highly recommend getting the funnel cake...it was delicious. It's a bit expensive once you add all the toppings as each topping is between $3.50 to $4, But totally worth the experience if you've never had it before.Food: 5/5
Today, we've decided to try the Burger factory and see what all the hype was about and they sure didn't disappoint. From the warm welcome we received, the amazingly tasty food to the ice cream gift we've received as the manager heard one of our family members talk about their birthday, everything was great. I personally tried the juicy cheesy not the one you see in the photo and it's one of the top two best burgers I've had in Ottawa. The fries were also great and well seasoned. Thank you again for your kindness and for making our day extra special, we will definitely be back.
It is a decent Burger joint which serves until late hours of the night. The food is much better than the usual fast food joints. I had the Jucy Lucy on fire and a Veggie burger with the basic toppings which were both satisfactory. The patty was juicy and had a well balanced texture and taste; the onion rings were a downer though. The staff is friendly and service was on point. They have well maintained restrooms as well. Vegetarian options: There is an option for a vegetarian patty, which they said is made of peas. It tastes more like a soy patty.
This is my absolute favorite restaurant when it comes to burgers. The food is so fantastic. service are also great, and the staff are happy and polite.
What a delicious hidden gem on Dalhousie! I had heard of a Juicy Lucy burger before and was so excited to finally try one. It was absolutely delicious! The cheese was the perfect amount inside the burger, and not at all overwhelming. The burger itself overall was just delicious and exceeded my expectations. Then there was the poutine. Oh gosh, it was really spot on. Like if I had just ordered that I would have been happy. Gravy was on point, curds were the perfect amount, just delicious. And the milkshake was made really well, not just some ice cream and milk like other places, it was made perfectly. Absolutely recommend you go there. Customer service was super friendly and patient for first timers, and the seating was quite comfortable and the place is super clean.
The food in this place is heavenly! Don’t expect a typical franchise fast food, high quality mean and veggies, cozy space, and very kind staff. I’ll definitely go back. Don’t forget the onion rings!
Delicious, fresh and amazing service. We ordered burger meals and funnel cakes, all came hot and fresh!! Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable as well! Roya "the owner" is an amazing person and very professional. Thank you for the great experience Parking: Lots of street parking!!
First time here and the food was excellent and the customer service was amazing. If your in Downtown Ottawa , you need to try this place . Plus , there funnel cakes are amazing also burgers. Also Roya the manager was so friendly and helped with our order . Yummmy food!!!
