I tried approximately 15 different dishes they have... Only 1 of them I wasn't fond of I was quite surprised pleasantly at the quality of food! I'd recommend that anyone stopping in or near Belleville... Try this place out, it's more money than most Chinese places but it is well worth it! With stuff like shrimp and steak on the all you can eat... It's incredible! This is from someone who grew up around a Chinese food restaurant, this place doesn't cheap out on quality anywhere that i was while here Atmosphere was nice, staff is nice, food is excellent Picture is near closing time, so it's not a flattering picture
04-19-23 came for dinner, honestly go to North China Buffet, better food, friendlier staff, and no fruit flies around the desserts. The only good thing I can say about Buffet Garden would be they constantly refill your drinks, you're lucky if you drink ½ your drink before they come by to refill it.Food: 1/5
When I was younger I loved this place. They used to actually put effort into it. Now all the food is soggy or crunchy from sitting out for days at a time. Every time I've gone in recent months they have given us the bill before we even got a second plate. Incredibly rude.Food: 2/5
This is my go to buffet. Always have good experiences here . Even later on closer to closing food is still good quality and being topped up with fresh stuff. Staff is normally very friendly . My recent experience was close to closing and options for dessert were a little more limited but all in all a great meal with my husband
We love Buffet Garden. Food doesn't all taste the same, like some buffets. The sushi is incredible. The staff is friendly and always helpful. The selection is well worth the price - about half of some of the major chain buffets.Food: 5/5
Possibly one of the most UNDER rated little gems in Belleville. I don't understand why the rating for this place is as low as it is, my experience here tonight was fantastic. Staff were very friendly and even made time to stop and have a little chat in between their duties, all the while never neglecting anyone or anything. The food was amazing, despite our visit having been close to closing time and usually most places the food will have dried out/spoiled, but not here. There was very few things I didn't like, but I chalk that up to personal taste. 100% recommend this adorable, family owned and operated restaurant.
My first experience with buffet garden wasn't that great over 5 years ago. But I went back fairly recently and everything has been great so I'm ignoring that first visit and I've been back multiple times in recent months. I've brought my family and visitors from out of town here and everyone has loved the food.Food: 5/5
Customer service was awful. Was ordering over the phone. Asked for delivery he first said $2 since we are down the road. When we confirmed our order he changed it to $6 and told us “I don’t have time for you”. We opted to pick up and we were disappointed. Food was not ready on time and we were not greeted kindly. We were patient and waited for our food… extremely disappointed with how we were treated.
Food was nothing to write home about. They did have some tasty items. Basic deserts. Woman spilled water all over our table and just walked away. Another server was dragging his feet all over the dinning room. Like a child does with their snow boots. For the price, I would go back.Food: 3/5
