Buffalo Wild Wings

Dear God ... AVOID THIS DUMP Walked over from Holiday Inn after 2 nights of solid food & service at Texas Roadhouse ... go THERE ! This place doesn’t expect therefore appreciate customers. Took 10 minutes to get a waitress. 10 minutes to get a wine. Salad came 10 minutes after wings. Wrong dressing. Took 2 tries to get that corrected. $30.57 and no tip. Glass of wine, 10 wings, salad You do the value-math!

Wings are a bit pricey but they were delicious. I love their selection of sauces and dry rubs. I sat at the bar had a very friendly bartender and prompt service. Not much to complain about.

Absolutely horrible. The staff was okay, not great. The food was just nasty. There was almost no meat in the boneless wings in my buffalo Mac and cheese and only a few bites of pulled pork in my wife's salad. Really? A national chain? Go up the road 2 miles and eat at an Irish pub, better food, beer is half the price and the staff is much better

Staff was rude, no good customer service skills. I was at the takeout counter and the same guy walked past me three times and didn't say a word. I got a large order and received one ranch for the order. I called in the order and had to tell them I wanted it usually other ones asked. Never asked about my rewards number or if I had one. Off of work employees were in the lobby complaining about their jobs and I could hear swearing from the kitchen. Very unprofessional I would not recommend this one. I travel across the country for work and when I'm having a tough day Bdubs is usually a good go to, but not this one.

The waitress was polite. She give use samples of sauces to taste, so we can gain clarity on the type sauce we want. However, I did not get any sauce because I ordered a southwestern veggie burger. I give the burger a three star because the edges or side were dry and over cook. Beside that the inside was well cook. Since the flavor were delivered everthing else was forgiving.
