Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar

Waitress was friendly and for the most part attentive. Forgot my beer but section was full so understandble. She apologized when she realized and it came within seconds. I enjoy this Applebees. Used to go there for beers after work. Half priced apps after ppm and between 2pm and 6pm I think.

When your appetizer is too hot and your meal is too cold, you know everything got cooked at the same time. Service was lack-lustre, by the time the manager intervened it was too late. Although they gave us a credit on the bill and free deserts, the meal and experience was very disappointing. It seemed like the assistant manager spent most of his night apologising while the general manager thought that the best thing to do was host and seat everyone. Instead of putting out the fires, find ways to avoid them.

Food is awesome presentation is beautiful and the wait staff are all there to help you with whatever you need or want with a smile love Applebee's's!!!
