Buffalo Wild Wings

Never had a bad experience until tonight. The wait was 15 min which was fine. Asked the hostess if we could order food while we wait, he said sure. Went right over to the counter and the girl told me she couldn't do it. Why?? I'm saving your waiters and waitresses time. Right before me two kids wanted a refill on their way out. Her response was "don't you have a waitress"? So rude.... will never go back to this bdubs

Took forever to be served. Just here for work. The restaurant was very slow. Fries were cold. Wings were warm. Servers are nice and responsive but I would say kitchen needs help. Will not go back.

Quick, friendly service. Couldn't quite cook the Buffalo chips properly. They came out very greasy two times.

We ordered appetizers and never got them. When our order finally can out, we were missing a basket of fries, and when I started eating my salad I had a couple pieces of chicken that were still raw. The manager came out and said he would take my salad off the bill and give us a dessert, but when the bill came he only took off the dessert. I was not impressed with our server, or the manager. The food we did eat was very good though.

My daughter chose this place for her 11th birthday. We had a party of 12 people total. She wanted the buffalo Mac and cheese. Naturally they are out. She got over cooked chicken strips that she didnt eat half of. My mother ordered some kind of vegetarian plate. Oh wait out of that too. Drinks at the bar never came. Spoke to the "manager" his answer was "but did she get her free peice of cake?"$160+ bill + 20% tip for crappy fried food and crappy service. We wont bother coming back. Not that they will care.
