My father's sandwich was made without extra cheese today even though he ordered with extra cheese. I took it to the counter, explaining the situation adding I would pay for an extra sandwich if I needed to. They gave me two slices of cheese on paper. Lazy and disrespectful. My dad even said "hey that's not cool" to which an employee spoke back to say "I didn't touch it".

They are getting one star because I normally NEVER have issues... But tonight we go, and I ordered an original chicken sandwich meal.. Everything was quick, but was ALL STALE!!! The chicken itself was a dark burnt color, tasted like it's been left out... It's got cheese on it, which it NEVER DOES AND DOESN'T COME WITH!!!!, IT'S SMOTHERED IN MAYONAISE SO BAD THAT IT'S SPILLING ALL OVER THE PLACE!!, and the fries are disgustingly stale like they've just been thrown around the heating area to keep them hot for hours.... DISGUSTING. I AM BEYOND FURIOUS.

My husband and I went there, I ordered a Whopper on 2 bottom buns, plain and he order a Whopper without pickle and they gave him his Whopper with 2 top buns. Lazy people couldn't throw away my top bun to make his right, really people.

We come through the drive thru alot in the mornings, lately it's been taking 10 mins or longer to get out food and leave. Get ur crap together BK and either hire more people to be here in the morning or don't be open at that time
