Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar

Honestly does not deserve one star but I wanted to write a review so 1/5 it is! My family and I ate here recently for our first and last time. First of all, we were seated by the doors so every time someone would come in, we would freeze, mind you we had a 5 and two 3 year olds with us. Second off, while walking to the restroom, the waitresses were arguing on who would wait on us. So we got stuck with the most loudest man who had very little patience but was nice. Then our food took forever and for the price we payed, was not worth it. I ordered the 4 cheese Mac n Cheese with Chicken on top, I had 0 cheese with burnt chicken. We had another plate with a soggy wrap, burnt steak, and what looked like Kraft Mac n Cheese for the children. I am very disappointed and sad that we spent $92 on garbage food and service. And we even tipped because it wasn't the waiters fault that the cooks and the young girl workers were bad.

Went there for lunch today with my son and a friend. We were seated quickly and our waitress was wonderful. Appetizers came quickly, as well as the food. They brought my son's food out first for him since he's little and was getting impatient. The food tasted really good and overall everyone was friendly. The only thing keeping it from five stars is that I always ask for my burgers well done (no pink) and there is always a good amount of pink in them still when I get them. The manager was extremely nice when I asked for a new one (or even to just warm it up more) and they brought a whole new plate, fries and all. She took a little bit off of the check too. Definitely not complaining about the staff!

Nacho chips were horrible, grease soaked, stale, just plain awful. The manager apologized, only to get complaints from tables around us. Meals were barely warm when we received them. Not a pleasant experience.

Toughest STEAK that I have ever had. Who ever cut the meat cut it wrong. If I had a dog it would have chewed the rawhide cause it was softer. Top it off 2 out of 3 steaks was the same way.

Terrible. Waited for ever for food, very small portions for the price. Got the 2 for twenty and can't even get steak on that, plus got the boneless chicken wings that were more like chicken nuggets. Took my granddaughter out for her birthday, which you get a piece of cake and Icecream. Well it was an 1 inch square piece with half scoop of Icecream, and they charged me 2 bucks for it. That used to be free and I didn't order it. The service was super slow. Time we got our food want very warm. I got the chicken tender platter and it came out on a small 6×8 metal sheet.. will not be going back
