Love the prices on food. And the food is great but never go during lunch or dinner. Its always packed like you will be standing by the doors if your inside or you will be like the 10th car. But on off times you get in and out very fast

Worst experience from McDonald's ever. Was in a hurry, thought I would stop for some breakfast to go. I ordered 2 sausage, egg biscuits, 2 hash browns, 2 egg mcmuffins. Took almost 5 minutes to get my order. Went to my car and looked, I didn't have hash browns. Went back in for them. I got to work and found I had 1 egg mcmuffin and 1 sausage egg muffin. Definitely not a good experience! Sad thing was there was only 2 of us in line waiting, waiting and waiting. Definitely won't stop again!

Waited 10 minutes for 2 large fries was very calm waiting as all the carsbeing served drive through .The girl at the counter said to me here is your happy meal.I replied I ordered 2 large fries 10 minutes ago.So she was irritated I said that I guess she got my large fries and threw the bag at me!!! I will not go back to Defiance Ohio McDonald's and will do survey for sure this time.. ridiculous.train your people in customer service McDonald's!!

Same food as any McDonald's which rates a meh...BUT touch screen self service which brings food to your table is awesome.

Fast friendly service with good hot food served quickly and a very clean atmosphere. Grandsons and I enjoyed a yummy breakfast and in their words the BEST hash browns and pancakes EVER!!! McDonalds was their breakfast choice today!!
