Very positive experience with Budget Blinds Comox Valley-our windows are not your typical standard windows so I wanted to ensure the window coverings were professionally made and professionally installed. Budget Blinds was highly recommended by friends. Very professional, efficient and knowledgeable staff. Paula listened to my wants & needs and provided some excellent suggestions and samples and I found exactly what I was looking for! I chose the Norman-Soluna Roller Shades in Riviera Honey which has a nice blended colour that picks up honey tones, charcoal and wicker in my home. These shades filter the natural light in daytime while providing privacy if you want them down in daytime. At night they show a warm golden glow to the outside while lights are on of course while providing complete privacy. Bryan our installer did a fantastic job, polite and efficient he had them up quickly. The blinds function smoothly and tuck right up out of sight behind the valance, we leave ours down a bit as I like the soft warm tone it adds to the room, easy wipe clean. The blinds arrived quickly before the expected date, great warranty, good value for my money, I highly recommend Budget Blinds-Comox Valley!
I have been very pleased with the service provided by Budget Blinds from the very start, from my initial phone call to the meeting with Paula and the installation with Bruce. Everyone was friendly but very professional. I was happy to receive my blinds sooner than expected and am delighted with the quality and looks. Bruce was very careful and exacting with the installation, making each blind was set just right and was equally patient with my questions. He worked quickly but very carefully and I know I was in good hands with him, definitely an asset to Budget Blinds. I love the way my windows look and they will be even better once I get the trim work done. Overall, I highly recommend Budget Blinds.

Working with Budget Blinds has been an absolutely pleasurable experience. When Lisa came in to our home for our quote, I knew we were in the care of someone experienced and knowledgeable. She had recommendations for details of which we would never have previously considered. The professionalism and speed of the installation crew was beyond my expectations. Bryan and Pete were thorough and quick, and I felt safe with them in my home. I'm very satisfied, and would absolutely recommend Budget Blinds.
This was our second experience with Budget Blinds. We ordered honeycomb and roller shade blinds for our remote wilderness lodge. Both times, we received excellent and friendly customer service from start to finish. Becky and Chloe were both very helpful with making our product choices each time. Chloe went out of her way to help us see samples and get our blinds ordered as quickly as possible. The installers, Peter and Evan, were professional, timely and friendly, and they did a beautiful job installing our new blinds. They look amazing! We could have gone with a less expensive product from another company but the quality, customer service, warranty and peace of mind were worth the extra expense.
It was a bit of a wait for the blinds to show up, but that's the norm for things these days. Paula did a great job helping us make a decision on which ones would work for our home and selection of colours and style. Once the blinds were here it was easy to book a time for installation. Bryan did a fabulous job putting the blinds in and explaining what we need to do to use and clean them. Bryan was very quick and professional.
We are extremely happy with our new blinds, they give our house a much cleaner and modern feel. With Chloe's assistance we definately chose the correct colour as it goes perfectly with our wall colours and the dark colour framing we have around each window. Bryan performed our installation, and he was very personable, fast and very efficient. He re-ordered 1 blind for us that was about an inch short of the width it should have been. He also gave us some tips on keeping the blinds clean to maintain their integrity. Had a great experience from start to finish. We would recommend Budget Blinds of Comox Valley and Campbell River to everyone.
Bryan, the wonderful installer for BB, just left, having done an excellent job of installing blinds in our new home. Bryan arrived on time, went right to work and even repaired some existing blinds that were needing some attention. He also loaded up his truck with some cardboard that was taking up room in our garage. I would not hesitate recommending Bryan and BB. Great service, product and experience!
We have had Budget Blinds installed in 4 rooms of our house over the past few years. Quality is great and service above and beyond our expectations. Our contact, Chloe has been extremely professional, helpful and friendly which is one of the main reasons we deal with Budget Blinds. Our installer, Andrew is great. Fast, efficient, tidy and very professional. He explained everything to us, kept our home clean while he did his work and smiled throughout the installation. If you want blinds, I recommend Budget Blinds unreservedly!
Easy and seamless from the moment we contacted them to the moment the installer left. Paula showed up on time for the consultation and walked us through the different options. Denis did a great job installing our new cellular blinds and taking away the old ones. Communication was great throughout the process. Highly recommend!
