Very beautiful park! Most of the toilets are pit or vault toilets. The office isn't open very often so renting equipment is tricky. Campsites are great, we like the ones you hike into. Great park if your a hunter or nature enthusiast.

I am a frequent visitor/camper in Wisconsin state parks. This is my favorite for camping, hands down. The bugs on the walk in to the campsites are downright brutal, but you have to earn the best campsites in Wisconsin. Once at your sire, expect complete seclusion, nice breezes, fishing and swimming feet from your tent, and the gentle lapping of the waves to fall asleep to. I won't tell you the best site, you will have to discover it yourself, as there is already enough competition for my 4th of July camping trip!

Awesome state park, with a lot of interesting things to see. There's wildlife observation blinds, self guided canoe and kayak tours + rentals, some really cool campsites, and a whole lot more.

Absolutely beautiful, large state park with a interesting ary of fairly nice campsites. Beautiful Lake views, Boat Rentals, and even a little kayak or canoe tour.
