Do you have a passion for eating Italian…I mean REALLY eating Italian?
Something that encompasses more than just a recipe and a jar or tomato sauce?
At Bucatini restaurant we offer all of the elements to make your dining experience as authentic as you can get, outside of actually being in Italy! Our restaurant in itself is a recipe for the perfect night out; take a look at our ingredients.
Let’s start with our name – Bucatini – it’s a type of pasta invented in the City of Bologna, Italy, traditionally used in a Roman dish called Bucatini all’ Amatriciana. Like all true Italian fare, the soul of each dish is developed from the region and its finest ingredients as well as the passion behind the hands that prepare them. We have had the opportunity to meet and tour the facilities of our food partners in Italy. They range from the expert pasta maker Rummo to the very well respected Gonnelli Family who has been making the finest olive oils for 5 centuries.
The second ingredient is the easiest to remember….it’s simplicity. You see the complexity of Italian cuisine is its simplicity. Using minimal yet the finest ingredients and showcasing those flavours is one of our core philosophies at Bucatini.
Next we add some Vino “The Nectar of Gods.” Our wine program is extensive, yet simple. Every palette is different and whether you like to sip a glass of a new world Sauvignon Blanc or you’d rather accompany your meal with an old world Amarone, our wine partners like Donna Olga and Tommaso Cavalli will ensure each sip will be a memorable one.
And last but not least we add comfort. Italian food needs to be enjoyed in an atmosphere that beckons family and friends to sit at the table; to savour, talk, drink and celebrate.
All of these ingredients combined with our service results in a very unique Guest experience. We’re so pleased to bring Bucatini to Brampton, a diverse and growing
