Chuck’s Roadhouse Bar & Grill

DO NOT EAT HERE!! Extremely disappointed! We were excited to try out this new restaurant and thought it would be nice to take Dad for his Birthday. The steaks ordered medium rare were Grisly and fatty. Absolutely disgusting. Salmon was dry and fishy. Not edible. Don’t waste your money. The manager was rude and not accommodating.

I'll give it a 3 stars just because the food is very affordable and quite decent here. But do not expect any great service and do come prepare that you will be waiting for a loooooonnnnnnnng time! Wish they will spend more time on training their staff and I'll come back and add another star to the review.

My family and I were delighted that a Chuck’s Roadhouse recently opened near us on Dundas Street at Erindale Station in Mississauga. We were looking forward to enjoying a meal at this restaurant. On April 6’18 we arrived at the restaurant at 7pm and found it to be busy but not over crowded. We were seated immediately but then sat for over 20 minutes waiting to be served. None of the servers acknowledged us. The guests at the table next to us had finished their meal but had waited over an hour to be served. We finally gave up and left the restaurant. On the way out we voiced our concerns to the manager who just shrugged at us. Sadly we won’t be returning to this restaurant.

First time there and had great steaks at great prices. Only downside is the waitress was so slow never came back to ask how everything was and when waiting ten minutes for her to arrive back we ordered coffees and when she came dropped off the coffees and cream and left with no sugar's and I had to go and find her and not once did she say sorry. Would been four stars if not for her. We will try again another time. Phil

Went there a couple of days ago with my family. Service was beyond slow! Food arrived cold and waitress did nothing about it. Waited over 30 mins to get the bill and the useless waitress asked how our meals were, we told her and she walked away. Why ask if your gonna do nothing about it and walk away??? Will never return to this restaurant.. Some advice here to the owner... train staff to be faster, friendlier and please serve the food warm. People are spending money to sit down and enjoy a meal, a fast food restaurant would have been better and cheaper! Oh and please DO NOT ask me to email you personally because its useless! I put up my review here so you can do something about it!
