This place, without exaggeration, has the best ribs ever! Driving by this plaza, you wouldn't know there is a sportsbar there. It's not standalone. Which is unfair because the food here is really amazing.

Wendel Clark’s is located in the Battleford Centre Plaza. It is a beautiful, newly renovated, Sports bar. The food is incredible and they offer a fantastic assortment on their menu. What a great place to meet friends, have dinner and drinks or watch a game on the their 17 big screen TVs. Anywhere you sit has an awesome view. The bartenders and servers are friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely hang out here to enjoy this clean, new restaurant/bar. Prices are very reasonable and happy hours offered as well.
Nice cozy sports bar with nice bar food selections. Ribs were as described on their menu as fall off the bone ribs. Great service.
It’s a hidden treasure. Highly recommend for amazing food and drinks. BartendersEffie and Stephanie are super friendly and very passionate about customer service. You won’t regret the penny you spent here. Best place to watch all your NFL games with sound ON. They have drink specials and Happy Hour. Support local, save jobs!!
Happy hour is from 3 to 6pm and 9pm to close. This place is worth going to at these times. Its half price appetizers, $5 for Canaduan or Coors Light and $3 for shots!! I liked the dry ribs but I did ask for bbq sauce...tasted even better. The crab cakes had more crust than crab but it was good for the price. The calamari was perfectly seasoned and fried with other peppers and onions. I never had that before. It was more veg than it was calamari. The sliders had cheese, bacon and an onion ring!! Loved it!! The goat cheese loaf was my fave! I would definitely come back. The prices during happy hour makes it worth it!! Next time I would try the dinner.
Nice location located beside The Rose Theater. There are plenty of TVs located throughout the location to watch sports or the Leafs play. I recommend making a reservation on game night. The food quality was decent and I feel it can be improved by better quality ingredients and more attention from the kitchen. That being said, I will definitely return to the restaurant when the occasion presents itself.
Great atmosphere and lots of tvs. Truly a great place to watch a Leafs game. The staff were awesome and they ran a few giveaways as well during a Leafs playoff game. Lucky for us, Wendel Clark was also there that night so we got to meet him and get a photo and autograph! My only thing is that the food isn’t honestly thatttt good especially considering it’s pricey. Except the nachos... those are awesome
I attended a birthday party at the Erin Mill Parkway location recently. I never even knew this place existed. It was a bit challenging to find the place at first. However, after going in I was surprised that such a place existed. The atmosphere was lovely, with many TV to watch the games. The staff was very nice, respectful and accommodating. They were all wearing masks and the chicken wings were tasty.
Honestly I tried to like this place. Ordered the chicken parmesan with Alfredo sauce on the pasta. The pasta was top notch but the chicken literally was a deep fried breast which mozzarella on top, no marinara. To me that's crazy. On top of that its Wendel Clarks a former maple leaf I was there on a Saturday, hockey night in Canada and the service was horrendous with only about 50% of the bar being full. Under staffed. The waitress was lovely. After complaining a guy came to our table and did not introduce himself and asked me if there was a problem with my food in a somewhat rude manor. Basically this place needs to go to a training food service standards seminar or something. With this being said I've visited this place many times before and had a similar experience. Unfortunately I'm now done maybe they should visit the one in Vaughan to see how it done right. Sorry guys it's not on the staff it's the managements fault they fail repeatedly.
