Dr Nahla Aly has been my kids' paediatrician for almost 10 years! She's always very careful in examining our kids since they were a few weeks old. Before Covid-19 pandemic, they used to accept walk-in patients and that's how we got our doctor. It's always easy to make appointments for same-day or annual well visit. They have audiologist and vaccine center at the same location.
Dr Slim is the best pediatrician your child can have. He is attentive to the details, always available, very knowledgeable. He always follows-up on his prescriptions with a phone call couple of days later to make sure his patient is feeling better. My boys are very lucky to have him as their doctor.

However; the clinic and secretary is the worth, long waiting time on the phone, they don’t respect the people and never answer/respond the phone / message. I ´ve called them several times and left a message to make an appointment but no one responded. So disappointed .
Dr. Khazandar is our sons doctor and I can’t say enough good things about her. She listens to all my concerns, she’s so caring of her tiny patients, and she always has different solutions to medical concerns. We’re truly so thankful to have her as our sons doctor and we know we’re in good hands with her. The reception staff also have always been so helpful and answer all my email requests in a timely fashion.
It's good to have a family doctor there. The family doctor of my son is Dr. Fatima khazanbar who is so professional, charming, patient and nice. She is lovely. The only problem is the service to connect there. It is almost impossible to make an appointment on the phone because you cannot connect to operator. They really need to work on that
Dr. Aly provides amazing services to my daughters! However, the secretary are very horrible! I called the clinic to book an emergency appointment and they never pick up their phones! I tried to reach their office several times. I went to their office and they told me that they do not have any appointments to provide!! I was calling since opening, trying to reach your office!? I really need this complaint to escalade cause this is no longer acceptable. You are working in health, this is very important to understand. " A Secretary is a professional who provides behind-the-scenes work for an office. " this is not offered by this clinic's receptionist. They never answer their phones, they are not respectful. They should be trained on how to be kind with patients especially in the health field! Very disappointed by their services!
Terrible service. Dre are nice but long wait times. The whole clinic is badly organize. For urgent or exceptional cases they ask you to call at 8 but from 8 to 10 no one answers and it always goes on voicemail. After 32 calls I got a 4 who told me the dre is booked for the day. My son is waiting for a surgery and needed to see his pediatrician for a chest infection 1st as per the pre-opp clinic. But impossible to get the dre. We have no other option to keep the child registered since it's hard to find a pediatrician. But otherwise. I would never go back to this clinic.
We have been coming to this clinic for almost 8 years. We appreciate the support and care from Dr Slim and all the staff. I must say the clinic needs a major uplift and much needed newer look including the patients rooms.
Experience with you for our 18 months son’s Since 4 Months ago they told us, Family Dr Dr.Marie-Claude Rioux gonna be retired end of December 2022 and tomorrow is a last day for her. As we talked with them many times they said we gonna replacement for her and let you know by email or phone we made a list for all her patients and for sure we let you know, since 4 months ago we checked every 2 weeks by phone or physically at the container until now we didn’t get right answer. today 1 day before she got retired we sent email, they said we didn’t have a doctors who is taking that age, that it’s amazing answer means all kids with this DR take care before now don’t have Family DR! even they mentioned 1 month ago we we called them to follow up this issues, new Dr coming but only he took kids under 12 months ! my sons only 18 months and when Dr. Marie-Claude Rioux or club Tiny Tots ELNA knew she will retired soon why they can accepted new patient that she knew she gonna retired soon and now all of patients in big problems? Specially today we had an appointment for 8:30 cause of problems in school bus of my daughter i should take care of her then i bring my son to clinic we arrived late, i knew our fault but even we called to cancel or saying being late but like usual phone no answer or going to voicemail then we received Email form center that DR said because of late you should Paying 45$ or another appointment you have been going to canceled Point is not money , that’s costumer service and how you can give service to your patient! specially 18 months kids now without Family DR
Really disappointed. I called to set an urgent appointment for my kiddos and they gave it to me for the next day it's ok with me As soon as i arrived at the appointment the secretary told me the appointment was supposed to be the next day! I told her i was informed wrongly. She got upset and said sorry but its not today... i drove for 3 hours as i live far and was snowing, i told her i have the call recorded with the lady telling me thay the appointment was for today! She just ignored me. They made the mistake and didn't even said sorry! She went to see the doctor and told me "maybe she can see you" ... at the end i had to wait until she saw all her patients and was super rude talking just to my kid's not to me! and super arrogant! Dr AUDREY ELBAZ take the time to read the patients file before seeing them as she didn't even know that my kid has a condition before prescribing. Please be more Profesional. I never had an issue before and is sad that this things happen. My regular doctor is Aly and she is amazingggg!!
