I have had a couple bad orders here. They forgot to toast my bagel twice, barely put any spread on and closed the dining toom for pre order pick up so I added an extra 20 minutes to my commute waiting in the drive through line. Ill just go to a different location in the future.
Misplaced my online order. I let the girl at the window look at my my mobile order, and she got me a couple of sides and went to find my order. When she did find it she asked me to see my order to grab the rest of my sides, but I no longer had it pulled up. I asked if she wanted to write it down and I can tell her but she said no and when I tried to tell her my bagel sandwich had a side of hashbrowns she cut me off and said she had it. I didn’t get my hashbrowns. I wouldn’t mind the lack of Customer Service and disorganized mess if at the very least my order was accurate : Also the bottom of my cinnamon sugar bagel is covered with everything??? You guys need to be more careful. Soon, sesame will become the 9th major food allergen, and mixing stuff like this is NOT OKAY.
Skip the "convenience" of this drive-thru. If you do go don't order coffee. Go to the Caribou across the freeway. The bagels here are okay, NEVER quick and rarely correct but they are tasty. So two stars... Were they do the opposite of shine is on the coffee. Today I ordered two iced coffees and it took about 10 minutes. The one that actually had ice was bad but bearable. The other one didn't have ice and tasted like they didn't have the correct ingredients. IT WAS AWFUL. It was like if someone made powdered donuts but used baking soda instead of powdered sugar. If you want coffee KEEP DRIVING.
I go to this location once in a while. This time, I had my birthday reward - Free bagel and cream cheese. They did not toast my bagel, unfortunately I only saw it when I got to work. The staff was not friendly or nice at all, whatsoever. But they could've at least toast my bagel, and not give me the cold one...
Smokehouse and Farmhouse bagels were delicious with the cheesy hash browns. Coffee is good too. They had a long line but it didn’t end being more than a few minutes and staff were kind, considerate and friendly.
Just left the drive through and ordered a sandwich and coffee with cream. Coffee came without cream, the sandwich was cold! the cheese wasn't melted, the sausage was still frozen in center, the bagel was also cold, not warmed or toasted at all. Be cautious ordering from here!
Iced mocha and sriracha honey sunrise sandwich really hit the spot this morning. The sandwich was a bit messy but really delicious; the egg and bagel tasted fresh. I just wish their sandwiches were a bit bigger given the price. Nonetheless, the quality of the food and service was solid, and the drive-thru is convenient. Expect to wait in line a while during the morning rush.
I’ve tried this place 2 times since moving to the area. The first time I had to wait 15min because they were out of eggs. On my second visit, they did not give me the sandwich that I ordered. Safe to say I don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon.
Really disappointed in getting day-old bagels. Not only day old but messy. Cream cheese not evenly spread and also on the outside of the bagel making it messy to eat. Dining room was not open. Won't be going back.
I don’t know why I keep coming here - maybe I think the next time will be better. Will the door be locked or will it be open for to go? If to go is an option order 45 mins ahead of time, take a shower, get ready for the day then you’ll only have to wait 15 mins. once you arrive. Have a backup item in mind as well as they are frequently out of items and make sure you check your order before you leave no matter what scenario, as others have pointed out it’s rarely correct. I’m waiting for the canned generic “I’m sorry” response from the owner. Im having a really hard time understanding why with repeated feedback nothing has been done to address the issues in the past 2+ years.
