If I could give them 0 stars I would. The General Manager Nathan has no customer service. We ordered after 11 PM and they have a security protocol to call you and confirm your address for their drivers safety which I totally understand; however, we never received a phone call and our order was cancelled 40 mins after we placed it. We tried to call the store several times to see what was going on, but no one answered. It wasn’t cancelled even right away after we didnt answer the phone call we actually never received. They did refund our money; however, when we called about our experience, Nathan the General Manager, was extremely condescending and had no customer service. He continued to tell me that they called me it was my fault the order was canceled and it was my fault too the call never came through. Again I never received a phone call. This whole situation could’ve been avoided if Nathan would have just acknowledged there might have been a mix up and apologized for the poor experience.
I just had to update this review as the store continues to accommodate our location. They are so kind and go the extra mile to accommodate our order when the online ordering isn’t an option for us due to us being outside of the delivery radius. Grateful for this Dominos location and their great service! I don't like that this review will reflect the store because I have been pleased with the experience in the past. The reason for one star is, I am not able to order for delivery online because it says, "Sorry we don’t currently offer delivery to your location." So I call MG location and they always deliver to me. I went online to see the specials and unfortunately when I called the store, they couldn't honor the deal because it was for online and there wasn't a code I could give the guy on the phone. I would have ordered online for the great deal if the system allowed me to. I am bummed that the store was not able to override this.
Worst Dominos I have ever ordered from!! ordered a pizza at 11pm an entire hour before closing only to receive a text message at midnight when they close that my order was cancelled and this is the 3rd time that this has happened where they've either cancelled my order or told me my order doesn't exist even though I showed that I was charged for it. FIX UP
It was Domino's as expected, the only thing that was different was I used the online ordering and initially selected I'll pick it up. When it was ready I drove to the store and the app said when you get there pull up, turn on your hazards, and they'll bring you your pizza within 2 minutes. After sitting in the parking lot for 9 or 10 minutes I went in and said I've been waiting for that long. The gentleman looked up my order and said yes but I put not curbside delivery, but pick up. It's a minor distinction that the average person, that would be me, didn't understand I was just following directions on the Domino's website. He said I should just come in and picked it up instead of doing what the app told me to do. Just confusing maybe the app designers can charge them some more money to fix it :-!
I ordered a thin crust and got some thick crust mess and the pasta was not good
I wish i could give 0 stars. I ordered at 11pm, and your store is listed as closing at Midnight. When there were no updates on the order around 11:35 I tried calling the store. Multiple times. I received no answers on any call. If there were issues with the order, or anything like that you should have called me. Then at midnight, i received a text that my order was cancelled. I blame the 'Matthew' who the app said was preparing my order. This is unbecoming of a company so large.
A volunteer from our organization ordered 6 pizzas for pickup tonight at 6:00 over 24 hours in advance, arrived and they acted like the order never happened even though they charged the card. Refused to refund the order. Then said it would be over 45 minutes for them to make the pizza. So, my volunteer called me and told me, so I decided to order on the app instead. From time of order to ready was only 18 minutes. Why did the store employees lie about the time? Why wasn't the order ready when it had been scheduled& paid for? Pretty bad experience here. We used to always use Dominos, but not anymore.
Cancelled our order for “bad road conditions” there’s no snow or ice on the roads…
I have ordered online from this location twice in the last week only to have them wait until they are closed to cancel the order, leaving me no time to go get food elsewhere as every place is closed. Matthew is the manager on duty tonight. I even called about 15 min. after placing my order to check the status since the online tracker never moved from “preparing your order”, only no one answered the phone then or after they cancelled my order. This location is the worst I have ever dealt with. I’d give 0 stars if it’d let me!
Normally I don't order out, but last night I was working late and I hadn't planned anything for dinner. My wife and I decided to order a Deluxe pizza from Dominos. It was delivered to our door in good time, but this was the most disappointing pizza I've ever seen. In fact, I was angry at having paid $30.00 for this thing. If this pizza was a newly assembled car, it never would have made it out of the dealership parking lot. The ingredients were paltry and there was barely any cheese. The few ingredients it did have were thrown on the pie in clumps. Two of the slices didn't have any ingredients at all. Never again am I ordering from Dominos.
