Browns Socialhouse Spruce Grove

We had the pleasure of being served by Jackie at Browns Social house in Spruce Grove, and it was the best service experience I’ve had in years! Jackie is incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming, making everyone in our group feel right at home. Her attentiveness is unmatched—she was always one step ahead, ensuring our drinks were topped up and that we had everything we needed. She also gave us some fantastic recommendations, and each dish she suggested was spot-on. Jackie genuinely cares about her guests and goes above and beyond to create an enjoyable dining experience. Kudos to her and the team at Browns for such a wonderful lunch.

We consistently get great food and great service at Brown’s Social House in Spruce Grove. Today we decided to eat at home and the food that was delivered was excellent as usual! I asked to have the delivery at 6 40 pm and the meal was delivered on time . We were very pleased.

I went in for dinner with a medium sized party 5 people on a somewhat busy Friday evening. The host staff shuffled a few tables around for us and we were sat almost immediately .It was really nothing but compliments all around; our server was incredibly attentive and any staff member who walked past the table was checking in on us. I had the Dragon Bowl, it was really good! The coconut rice was really well prepared, and the teriyaki chicken had a lot of flavor.

I had the crispy cauliflower. It was delicious, and the service was first-rate. They definitely earned a tip.nBut I didn't care for the fishy aftertaste of the cauliflower, and I thought the place was a bit too noise for my liking. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

We had the BEST experience here, followed by the worst.nI love Browns since they opened in Regina, so having one close is great. After our last visit, I doubt I'll ever be back to ANY location.nnDeep fried food was cooked in very old grease, and tasted like it. Chicken & fries were horrible. The fish oozed of brown oil.nAfter ignoring us for 20 minutes of me not touching my sickening meal, were finally able to pay and leave.nIt seems Brown's have followed the 'profits at all costs', and the cost is our patronage.nnTry as we may, they fail again.nPotato skins ordered are clearly microwaved from frozen, and are undercooked.nnTried again tonight, and ordered the Dragon bowl. First dish I ever had at Browns, when north Regina opened.nTonight's offering was a pathetic 1.5 cup of salad with 3 pieces of chicken....for $26. Gross!
