Its diner style patties. Meaning thin. Jacks makes a great fast food burger with kind staff and a nice atmosphere. The location is small but I always have found seating. Fast food in general is expensive and they are right on point for pricing. The burgers are great. If you guys had a value menu or something of the likes everyone in town would be at your shop! I'd rather give my business to the mom and pop shop with the best shakes in town than some corporation.

I grew up in the Grove, loved going for milkshakes at Jacks.. I recently moved back and have been telling the kids and wife how good it was.. went last night ordered shakes and they were just as good as before. Have not tried the food since I was a kid only the shakes recently... The girl in the window was polite, and happy to serve us .. Thanks again Jack's for the great shakes ! I'll be back k for some burgers !

Very friendly staff,quick service, amazing Jack Burger, Onion Rings cooked perfect! The deep fried pickles were amazing! Love the diners atmosphere of back in the 50s-60s.

The place has changed from the last time I was there about 2 years ago. The portions are average and still tasty. It is still not wheelchair accessible, and there really isn't much for table seating. Customer service is average. The burger I had waa exceptional, but I'd avoid the "poutine". I'd go back if only for the ice cream and shakes.

Wow. This place is really, really awful. If you’re looking for a fun retro diner this is not it. It’s dirty, cramped, and smells bad. The food is terrible, and I don’t mean that loosely. The meat patties are low grade frozen patties, and the fries are poorly prepared. The worst thing is it’s not even inexpensive. It’s as pricey as Red Robin, which actually makes an incredible burger. But, don’t believe me! Go ahead and experience it for yourself. It will help you appreciate where you go next more.
