Buster's Pizza

Always so pleasant and where else can you get so many topping on two larges for 40 dollars or less?! Also...knowing they have gluten free options is Wonderful!! By far my favorite pizza place.😍😍👏👏

Food is usually good except this time our food took an hour and 20 minutes to get to our place and the order was wrong. I called back to try and figure out the issue and whoever I talked to argued with me about what my wife ordered not realizing I was sitting right beside her. He was in the wrong and refused to make it right by simply fixing the order. I will never order from them again as they obviously don't understand how customer service works and that you can't argue with your customers

I was told the order would be 45 minutes, I received the pizza about an hour and a half later and the pizza was cold. Called several times to ask about the delivery said the driver was on his way. The driver was abrupt and rude. If I had known they were busy or short of delivery drivers I would have picked up the pizza myself or called another restaurant.

One of the best pizza joints I have been to in the Edmonton area. Good food, wait time is pretty reasonable for fresh made pizza. Worth waiting for anyhow.
