My girlfriend and I had our one year anniversary today. I brought some flowers ahead of time and asked them to make it special. They went above and beyond our expectations. They really did make our night special, we were amazed at the hospitality. Staff were amazing, the managers were great, our service was spectacular. They sure know how to take care of their customers. The food was also amazing as always. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thanks for making our night more than we could ever ask for.
I came to browns to celebrate my Birthday on March 31st. We had such an amazing experience! Food was amazing, service was great and Sameer went above & beyond for me! Thanks so much for making it a memorable Birthday!
Great food, even better service. Tried their delivery/take out for the first time today after many great visits dining in, and it was fantastic! Would recommend to anyone looking for a good bite and a good drink in Sherwood Park!
We choose to go here for dinner a few weeks ago and really liked our overall experience.nnWe were seated right away, the service was good, and the overall atmosphere was just right. I like how the music playing at this location wasn't too loud, and our server was super friendly, not overly chatty, and gave us ample time to order.nnI'd recommend this Brown's location to my family and friends.
My friend and I met at Brown’s last night and from the start the service was horrible. I sat for a while alone no big deal, leave me while I wait I understand then, a waitress brought a beer to my table that I didn’t order, when I said I hadn’t ordered it she went to the bar then came back and said that I had ordered it from the hostess. I did not. I believe they did finally find the beers orderer but then nobody served me for even longer.nnWhen I did eventually get a drink, my friend joined me and we didn’t get anymore service until a man came over for our food orders. He didn’t even realize that she hadn’t gotten to order a drink yet. We put in food orders and then drink ordered too cause by now we figure we don’t actually have a server.nnFood was good, drinks were good and when we were done, people took our plates but nobody asked if we wanted desert or more drinks. Eventually a different girl just brought us our bills. I am a server myself and I don’t necessarily blame anyone in particular because I honestly don’t know who my server even was. The bill said server 13. It was just an aweful experience on an overall nice meal and I’ll be telling everyone I can about what a weird place this is.
