A great place with always dependable food. I love the large selection of different sandwiches, such as the french dip that i had, it was perfect! They also have amazing buffalo wings that are big and juicy. Don’t forget to try the bomb sauce with your fries or tots.
stopped in for lunch while in Bend for a conference. Random pick and was NOT dissapointed. Having a burger the day before from another local place, I tried the daily special on Friday, the Tuna Melt with Kettle Chips. very tasty and large I might say. Was full and completely satisfied. Service staff was super and friendly. Would recommend this place for great food.
Spicy mac and salmon sandwich were both delicious! Our server Tori was really nice! We noticed our drink’s sitting at the bar for a long time and other servers pushing them aside but other than that it was great! Also don’t recommend old fashioned since it was served with crushed ice! Would recommend spiked cider!
I usually love eating at Brother Jon's. Great food, great waitresses and waiters. Tonight, however, the host, who is probably new, had two couples come in and place a wait on a table. Then they sat at the bar. Meanwhile, at the same time, I came in with my family, which includes a child. We cannot sit at the bar, obviously. Two tables came open. Instead of asking the two couples if either would mind if the family took a table, they had us wait, even though I made a suggestion of doing that. So instead of seating a family and still having a couple seated at the bar, where they would likely continue drinking and probably eat, as well, they completely disregarded the family, who can't legally sit at the bar while we wait. That was a major mistake, and one that drastically lowered my evaluation and respect for this restaurant/bar. Too bar, as I know for a fact that the food and service is usually wonderful. Ended up leaving for a different place.
Beers are over priced for how much you get. Wings were super dry. They seemed like they were cooked before hand and fried on order. Double cooked = double dry. Fries were super salty. Burger was good nothing amazing. Service was great
Bro Jo’s was my favorite place to eat for nearly a decade. Then something happened. The last time I ate there my Cobb salad had only bacon, avocado, and waaaay too much dressing. It was my first time eating there in 4 years and it was very busy, so I forgave assuming it was a one off. The next time I tried to go there was a two hour wait. Oh well, better luck next time! Worth the wait! We tried to go in at 950p on a Saturday. Hours are until 12a on Saturdays. There was a restaurant half full. They told us they were not serving as they were about to close at 10p. I’m going to give them one final chance. I’ll go midday on a weekday and I will order the same thing as before. However, word on the street is: bro Jo’s kinda blows now ‍
Was pretty busy but the bartender gave me great service, kept my drinks coming at the right time and even had time to chat between mixing drinks. Cheap by Bend standards but $35 out the door for my dinner and a couple of craft pints. Lots of activity there though.
Great food and beer! The mac and cheese was so good! But I wouldn't try to use the WiFi, it's super bad, was hoping to get some work done before a lunch but it was way too slow.
The Buffalo Burger was delicious. The bacon was nice and thick, and manged not to feel lost in the sauce. I thought I might need some extra Frank's sauce before trying my first bite, but I didn't ^__^ I normally add buffalo sauce to blu cheese burgers when I'm at other places, but it was already on the menu
The atmosphere is really chill with high-quality food and drinks. Large beer selection and a good variety of mixed drinks. Staff were friendly and happy.
