Really liked this spot! Would give 5 stars but the lots are a bit small for tenting! Other then that it’s a perfect location. Lake is right across the road laundry and showers available kid friendly has a mini store not far from town and power in each site for $40 a night it’s a good deal. Not far to town either!

Love this spot! Found this place last year because we liked the look of it driving passed, and had a great spontaneous late summer stay. Just finished another great 3 night holiday. Lots of big sites, tons of shade trees, directly across from a quiet and uncrowded public beach, on a quiet road. It is clean, well managed and reasonably priced for lakeside Osoyoos in August. I think this will become a new family tradition!

I have been a regular customer for many years. The owners are very helpful and kind. They care about the camp sites and are very quick to fix things it they don't work properly. Restroom and showers cleaned daily. Public beach is right across the road. Kids have plenty of room to run around without worrying about cars. Would definitely recommend to stay at Brookevale resort :)

Do not expect much from this place. My fiancé and I stayed here while my son was at a baseball camp in Osoyoos. We ended up leaving 2 nights early (no refund with notice even). The Cabanas are not even close to sound proof. We heard snoring from both sides not to mention we had our own coughing issues, keeping those around us up all night. The worst part was the couple next door arguing at 11 and 12 at night with their daughter. We felt like they were right in our room. The bathrooms were not cleaned Monday at all. You need to bring air mattresses or something as their "beds" are an inch thick. If you are camping, it is a decent spot. The Cabanas are a sham.

I love Brookvale I have been going there since I was a baby. I have so many great memories at this campsite! Now I'm older and I get to bring my daughter to the campsite and crest new wonderful memories! The campsite is clean and has a nice public beach that is raked daily.
