Didn't fix the issue I hired them for and tried to slip in a drive time charge. Never mentioned they charged for drive time when I received my initial quote. They were nice enough to remove that after I pointed that out. Sadly I had to hire another electrician to actually fix the issue I originally needed as they couldn't figure it out.

The owner, Matt, was a pleasure to work with. We had our home electrical panel replaced. Matt bid us fairly and scheduled us within a week despite being busy with other projects. The work turned out well and passed city inspection with flying colors. I will be recommending Broadway Electric to friends and family.

The owner came by our business and troubleshooted issues we were having. He could have sold us on new installs, like the other local electrons tried to do, but instead he recommended some alternative cost free solution which saved us money. Broadway Electric won't scam you for a one time job because they want your future business! Will be using them in the near future.

Very efficient workers and make sure the job you need done gets done. Efficient and attentive to the work they do. Smaller company which means better customer service and satisfaction. Definitely reccomend using Broadway Electric!

They did a great job of caling back. They said they'd make an appointment for the following week. And I never heard back again.
