Staff is 6 stars!!! The 1 star is for whoever got rid of the Turkey club. And to whoever decided to bring back the cup lids that leak all over your hands, clothes, etc. This is a huge fail. Your regular customers notice this and they noticed and appreciated when you fixed the problem, then a couple months later the crappy lids reappeared! Hopefully this was a supply problem and not a way to cut corners.

A Canadian coffee company. A fair trade company. One that doesn't punish it's workers, due to a government raise in minimum wage. Plus they have great food, made locally.

The atmosphere is not the greatest- a bit too much like a cafeteria also it is cozier in the back - unless it is busy— because then you are right smack next to the next table and it is just not private enough to be cosy. Otherwise service is good, coffee is fine, a bit pricey.

I absolutely love this Bridgehead all of the employees are so friendly and nice and they do not stigmatized me for panhandling on me for anyting I would definitely recommend this franchise store

On par with Starbucks and Second Cup, if that's your thing (and nothing wrong with enjoying those establishments). Disappointing if you were expecting third wave level.
