Pressure salesmen will try to make you pay more by pressuring you. “Don’t buy this local brand, you can get better by paying a bit more” (double the price). Came back another time and the same seller told me to buy an even more expensive one because the one I asked for (the one he showed me the first time) is not good. Then tries to sell accessories for it and tells me he will make it 50% off just for me. I used my phone and saw that it was cheaper even with the 50% at the competition. When he clearly understood that I didn’t want to waste time and just want to pay for my first selection, he redirected me to another person (I guess cause his role is to make us buy). I suggest if you really want to buy from there to go see the item in person but just buy online. You will save time from the salesmen mumbo jumbo. PS he will also try to make you buy the insurance or card or whatever. Don’t do it, he lied because anything you buy comes with a guarantee, even if he said there is none of you don’t buy their insurance.

The staff is very rude. I had an issue with a Fridge I ordered a month in advance of my move to our new house. It was a special order because they had none in stock- which they convinced me to do (instead of going with the competition who had it in stock). The delay became too long that I wouldn’t be able to get my appliances for Christmas and be able to make dinner for my whole family. I wanted to cancel my order but they kept 20% of it because it was a special order “just for me”. I couldn’t understand as the product was not shipped by the manufacturer yet and there for, i shouldn’t have been charged this. When trying to understand the situation, I had the manager screaming at me and treating me like an idiot. I will never go back there again.

I bought a dinning table Paid about 800$, they said that there are no promotion on this table , and there will be no sale on it ,so they cant reduce the price . After a month they make it 400$ I called them 4 times , they hang up twice and never answered twice . At Leon's I get promotion, and they refund me after 4 monthes As they have price protection .

The salesman told me I HAD to take the insurance on the credit card to be approved for the finance. I work in sales and know this is tied-selling and is ILLEGAL. When I asked the manager he said "we're trained to tell customers this' .. WHAT?!! As a financial advisor, this is very disgusting. Do not fall for this. Insurance has NOTHING to do with your approval for their financing. Terrible.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!! This place does not even deserve one star. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is not anything they care about. My sister bought a TV from them, it was a floor model and it was undamaged when she paid for it. After the delivery person left, she unwrapped it to find it damaged. Mind you it was not even in a box, it was wrapped in sponge paper. She called the store and they said, that's not our problem, since you signed for it when the delivery person delivered it. So $2,800 later all we get is, its not the companies problem its ours. Also Corporate does not seen to care since they have not returned two emails that I have sent them. I'm surprised they even have 1.9 stars.
