My sister was in a jam and needed a new washer&dryer,she went to them and then recommended them to me when my dryer went.this is what happened to me,i saw a dryer i was interested in,he tried to sell me a different dryer for the price i was willing to pay.we talked,argued a little,but i got the one i wanted and for the price i wanted.No "BS" 3 years latter,dryer is still working.This is my thought,I knew going into a place like this,and more specifically after meeting the owner I knew there was a good chance of walking out of there with a piece of crap;but to me,that's no different than the chances you take buying from kijiji or craigslist.IT'S A SECOND HAND STORE PEOPLE!!! if you want ass kissing service and warranties and guarantee's go to the big department stores.i took my chances cause I didn't have the budget at the time to replace with new,but i also new before i walked in there that i might come out with a dryer that might last a day or a week or a month.Just be realistic about such places and buy at your own risk,cause ALL these second hand places are the same.

Never go here. This is an extremely dishonest business that will do anything to get your money and everything to not return it afterwards. I bought a fridge, agreed upon the price, paid extra for delivery then had it delivered to my house. No problem thus far. Another fridge arrives at my house (an OLDER model). I can confirm because I had taken photos of the original fridge that I bought to show my partner. Delivery guys cannot comment on this because they just do the deliveries...I get it. I visited their shopfront FOUR TIMES to complain about my fridge, that it was not the fridge that I had purchased, and that I was happy to keep this random fridge but I would like compensation for the obvious price difference. NOTHING! Absolutely nothing! Lies every time I visited the shopfront, asking me to return, ignoring my photo evidence, lies about the cost differential between fridges....just never EVER go here. There are plenty of other second hand places in Montréal.
