Absolutely terrible customer service. I paid for 2 stools over a year ago and have still not received them. No communication. When I try to contact through their website it takes several contacts before they get back to me with yet another delay.

Been waiting for more than 8 months for ordered PH5 lamp and no response by email or phone after multiple tries…

They have absolutely terrific furniture that few other retailers have. However, their service is so awful you should not even consider ordering from them. We purchased 6 chairs from them. It took approximately 9 months to receive them. During these 9 months, it would be nearly impossible to contact them and they would always escape our questions. I had to threaten to complain to consumer protection in order to be taken even a bit seriously. At that point they had my money for 8 months and no signs of the furniture, and they couldn't tell me when it was going to arrive -- it could have been a hoax for all I know. We ended up getting the chairs but the seats had an issue screws poking out of the cushion and we needed to replace two of the seats. It's been nearly 6 months and I still don't have any idea when the replacement seats will arrive. Don't be fooled by the pretty furniture -- it's not worth the headache to order from them.

Very frustrating experience. Really wanted to support a Canadian company, but this one isn’t worth it. Furniture was ordered months ago and has yet to arrive with no clear delivery date set in spite of repeated follow up with customer service and their promises to deliver immediately. Product lost...then out of stock...then warehouse issues...then delays and the excuses keep coming. **Designers: this company will compromise your ability to provide seamless service to your clients. Stay away.

**Don't trust them.** First, I ordered a lamp that had "ships in two weeks" listed on the website. After *five months* of trying to get an honest answer, they finally refunded my money and blamed "shipping problems". Second, my wife bought me a replica Eames bird. Although it arrived relatively soon after she ordered it, look at the images below: it's not "solid wood", as their website lists my kids broke the bird within 24 hours of it being here!. It took them five months to replace the bird despite it also being "in stock" on their website. And, let's be honest, I'm not sure this one is solid wood either. Read the reviews—I wish I did. This business isn't worth the headache.

Unprofessional and unorganized company. If you don't go out of your way to communicate with them, they wouldn't care. Ordered 4 chairs 3 months ago. Online the chairs said in stock and when the order was made it said it would arrive in 14 business days. 1 month later after zero communication with them hadn't received anything, I finally got a number to reach which is someone's personal cellphone number and was given a date for when product would arrive. Never did so I called and called with no response. Today I finally got hold of someone and there is no anticipated date, the product is simply not with them yet apparently. After 3 months of having a very patient client I have just cancelled the order because doesn't seem like I will ever receive these chairs. It's going to take 14 business days to process the cancellation? Something is very sketchy about this company.

I bought a Saarinen tulip table from must love. It's high quality and great look was just what we were looking forward. They had great customer service and was shipped quickly!

I did not get my table. They did not tell me when it would be Available. Still says available on the site. Very very very frustrating. Wanted to buy from a local business. Should of went to google to see their rate. Not the only one where feel th A is a scam. I asked to cancel my order.. No refund yet. Where is my money? This has been going on for 6 weeks. I will cancel my credit card charge and will forget my dream coffee table How can people give them a 5 stars and only her a 1 star

Terrible Service, we have been waiting for over a year for faulty parts and have received either no response or false responses that product has been shipped. Don't order products from here if you typically expect good service.

Untrustworthy. Ordered a replica of a George Nelson ball clock. The first one arrived badly damaged in outrageous oversized packaging. The replacement arrived in better shape but their items are so cheaply made that they are basically garbage. I am sure it cost less than $10 to manufacture the item which they retail for $150. Total bogus company. They should be ashamed to stay in business. Save your money. .
