They hire arrogant individuals specifically the one named Kevin. I visited this location in Montreal on Jean-Talon on Sunday March 18th at 4h45. I was looking at table accessories when I hear someone saying " what do you think you're doing ?" , to my surprise he was speaking to me. I asked politely what he was referring to. He replied in a arrogant manner: "what do you think you're doing" for a second time. I was shocked. Then he pointed to table next to me. The table had obviously been displaced with many different pillows, vases and candles pilled up. In that moment I realized that he was accusing me of making the mess. I told him that I wasn't responsible for the mess. He still insisted that it was me. He was speaking so loudly that a colleague of his, who was at least 2 tables down, came to say that it wasn't me, in fact it was him. I was so embarrassed that I put down everything in my hands and walked out. Did I mention that he didn't even apologize. I really don't understand how they can accept this behaviour... Rude and disrespectful service. What great business ethics....

I know the cousin of the owner Mr Meldonado. I will reach out to him Monday March 19, 2018 to make sure that the sales staff for the store on Jean-Talon west start respecting their customers Young or Old equally . This store is pure example of disrespect. The whole staff should get a complete training how to deal with clients .

I called before to see if the items we're in stock. They prepared for me the items, so even with me inspecting the items for defects was a 30 minutes shop visit. Impressive!

Went looking for comfy sofa beds. Not much selection for specific couches, and the y were mainly uncomfortable. There wasn't a sample of the one I was looking at on the website. Disappointing overall, but some really handsome modern furniture with great style and at decent prices. Not what you'd expect from the cohesive styles.
