We only visited the ball fields. They were in excellent t condition in a beautiful setting. Concession was open all weekend. Great facilities.

It’s shocking that one of the most expensive places to live has the most old and outdated facility. With all the new developments, and how much Squamish has grown in the last few year, I’m sure the district can afford and should prioritize a new community centre. The overpowering chlorine is enough to make one feel nauseous and one can barely handle sitting in the viewing area let alone swim.

Usually 1lane to swim in. Hot tub jets not strong and hot spot is crowded in the evening.nnIn daytime lifeguard abruptly grabbed kickboard from 4 yr old child who I was watching. He was sitting on the side and wasn’t bothering anyone playing with it, but she thought he might. The child was bored after that and we had to leave.

The ice skating is very nice and really affordable for what you get. The swimming pool tho is too warm for my taste. For both places you have to hope that theres not too many people because it can get pretty busy. Id also recommend to bring a lock if you plan on going swimming, theres lockers to use

update: The quality of this pool keeps getting worse and worse today I tried to do my laps I was a few minutes early between the changeover of public swims, I tried to explain that i was there for the lane swim which runs between 1-5pm and was asked to wait in the queue. I was not there for the public swim I was specifically there for the lane swim. Two days previously while I was swimming laps there were two used band aids in the lane I was swimming in I was so disgusted I had to leave.
