Bremer County Drivers License

Totally gave me the wrong info about registering my car here from out of state instead of contacting an investigator and asking them. Literally could have messed me up bad with my car. I think they ALL need a course from investigators on how to do their jobs. Glad I emailed Iowa dot. Sad deal. I wish they knew more instead of interpreting everything that they do not know. They are nice though. Just don't know Iowa laws. It never hurts to ask a higher up if you're not sure on something as important as this. I almost didn't consider moving to Iowa because of the hassles of getting a vehicle that's already in my name for 6 years transfered to Iowa.

We enjoy the staff at Waverly! They are so very kind and helpful. We will continue to drive there.

The best interaction at a DOT I've ever had. Even with 2 people in front of me, I was there less than 15min. Bravo to the ladys behind the desk. They deserve a raise.

Can’t update license because you need appointment, but the lady can stand there for as long as it takes to tell you that you need an appointment and there’s no other way to get helped. Only one other person there… they weren’t busy considering there were 2 other workers!! Horrible service, unprofessional reminds me of Waterloo.

Friendly and usually fast service, but always good peeps!
