Good food. Employees look happy to work here unlike some other fast food restaurants.

I worked here from opening for 6 years. Never had a problem with food. The last 2 time's here food has been hard, or cold. My tatters were over crunchy today! Last trip here the water I ordered tasted like mold.

The restuarant was freshly cleaned and recently remodeled. Huge improvement over what it used to be plus the workers were all very friendly.

Last week on Saturday my husband stopped and ordered a Double Whopper and a Crisp Chicken sandwich. When he got home, he had only a Single Whopper. He usually does not complain so he just said he would call the beginning of the week. We had to go to Waverly Sunday afternoon and stopped there again and this time I ordered a Crispy Chicken with bacon. The wrapper said bacon but my sandwich did not have bacon. He called and was told to stop in today and he would get a couple of gift certificates. The apology seemed sincere. He went in and the Manager he spoke with said the certificates were there but she would not give them to him, he would have to take the sandwiches. I already had supper ready when he got home so now we either eat a nuked sandwich tomorrow or give them to the neighbor dog. It really irks me when a business is so inaccurate and then has the audacity to be rude on top of inept. No stars from us for this place. Too bad you can't outsource your customer service.

The crew there is very nice, but one of the managers is super ridiculous. Everytime I come in she is yelling. Food is typically pretty good, but sometimes takes awhile.
