I have been going for Breathe Medical Spa for over a year and I have had many different types of services and treatments here. I have to say, this place is fantastic. The staff there such as Rebecca and Brandy have been so friendly and nice to me while there. It is a very nice and comfortable environment to be in and I am glad I was able to find this place!
THIS IS THE WORST SKIN CARE CLINIC IN GUELPH!!! Avoid this clinic at all costs!! All they do is force you to pay for as many treatments as possible and overcharge you for a service that is not even provided to you or if it is provided, it's the worst treatment you could ever get. I got an injection done here which left two very huge bruises on my face. It seems like none of the staff really know what they are supposed to be doing. The staff is also very unprofessional and rude. They don't know how to respect their customers right, the only thing they care about is your money and your tips especially the owner Rebecca. Overall, I DO NOT recommend this place at all. I would definitely give them zero stars if I had a choice.
I had called in the middle of a skin crisis and Rebecca brought myself and my sister in right away for a consult first. I was totally prepared to just blind book over the phone, but she made us feel so comfortable, validated, and made recommendations based off of seeing us in person. A few days later, we both had Hydra Facials. The entire process was so smooth and Rebecca talked me through everything that was going on. I felt extremely taken care of and unlike other facials I’ve had, my skin felt so clean and renewed. It’s been a week since my first ever Hydra Facial and I can’t believe how good my skin looks! I am so incredibly happy I could cry. I am so pleased with the results to the point a client has been made for life. My sister said the exact same thing and it looks like we have brand new skin. I can’t wait to return and am so thankful for Rebecca
Less than impressed with them. Both my kids home sick so unfortunately had to cancel, I suggested I would come in and they said their policy is if you’re sick not to come in. Well my kids just puked on me so I couldn’t go in and they insisted on charging me a missed appointment fee. If that’s how they treat customers I won’t be doing business with them.
I have been going to Breathe Med Spa for a few years for a variety of services. Just over a year ago, I started having issues with "maskne" from wearing masks all the time for work. Rebecca was super patient, helpful, and knowledgable in coming up with an effective treatment plan for me. She has really changed my skin for the better. All of the staff at Breathe are super warm, welcoming, and approachable. I never feel pressured to buy any services or products and I feel that I am treated as though I am a friend. I highly recommend this spa to everyone!

She’s so amazing all throughout the process very patient , friendly. she’s like an angel it’s a life changing for me and also their skin products are 100% legit and very effective Im really grateful to come in this place
The girls who work here are wonderful and very kind. I was recommended a treatment that wasn't right for my condition. Trying to remedy the situation with the owner was a negative experience for me. I agree with other reviewers who had feelings of being disrespected.
I had a consultation with Rebecca regarding some skin care concerns and she was absolutely amazing! She was very compassionate and I felt so comfortable opening up to her about a few things and got emotional and she went out of her way to make me feel better about myself. I am breastfeeding so limited to what kind of procedures I am able to have, so ended up having my first mirconeedling session with Rebecca and she was incredible! I wasn't able to use the numbing cream so she suggested I bring a bag of frozen peas and she applied the instrument to my face section by section and as uncomfortable as it was, she put me at ease talking me through it and encouraging me which made all the difference. I have to say that after only having one session, I already notice a difference and I am ecstatic by the results. I cannot believe how much better I feel. Thank you so much, Rebecca for being so warm and kind to me, you honestly made such an impact and I cannot wait to continue my sessions with you. Rebecca is truly talented at what she does, I would highly recommend going here for any skin care concerns, you will not be disappointed. Big hugs Rebecca!
I have been going to breathe spa for about 6 months, and I love it! Jen is amazing and had made my skin look and feel so great! I have battled acne and she has made me feel 10x more confident. My mom and I love jen and always look forward to seeing her! Best spa in guelph for sure :
Had a great experience at Breathe. I hadn't had a professional facial since covid. I was looking for a new place since I moved to the area. I have problem skin so facials are important to me. Jenn did a fantastic job and I will definitely return. She's super friendly and put me at ease about trying a new place. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. My skin feels happy. Thank you
