Nature's Salt Cave

I love coming to Nature’s Salt Cave! I have become somewhat of a regular since last year. It’s a little bit of a hidden gem-tucked away in an area that is easy to miss! The facility itself is beautiful from the salt room to the salt cave. Very clean, well set up. The staff are amazing and I have enjoyed every service offered so far my favourite being the relaxation massage!. They have monthly promotions as well, which is fun if you want to try something new out at a lower price! Really can’t say enough good things. Thanks Nature’s Salt Cave!

We had a great experience for our first time at a salt cave! We had massages in the cave, it was so relaxing and the ladies doing our massages we awesome and very professional! All the staff are so friendly and professional! Thank you so much for a great experience and a great massage. We definitely will be back and highly recommend getting a massage there! I was surprised with a massage in the salt cave for a birthday gift and I can truly say it was the most relaxing environment I’ve ever experienced for a massage. This is a wonderful place and a beautiful overall experience. The owner was lovely and had lots of knowledge to share and I absolutely plan on returning.

Marisa is amazing! She is very informative, knows what she's talking about, puts your mind at a state of peace, great guided meditation, etc. My mom and I were so very relaxed and had a great time at her workshop! Definitely will be back!

I want to rate it 100 stars! I had reiki with Marisa for my first time and it was incredible. We went into the Salt Room vs the Salt Cave and it was extraordinary. Her energy was perfect. Her work was flawless. Her reiki touch was something out of this world. The room was magical. I got emotional when we finished the session because I had never felt so at peace. To make a long story short - PLEASE go check out Marisa and the Nature's Salt Cave in Guelph. IT IS WORTH THE DRIVE IF YOU ARE FROM OUT OF TOWN!! 100/10 - I will be back. Thank you!

Beautiful establishment filled with even more lovely calming humans. During my first experience I was greeted by welcoming and instantly felt safe. After sharing a bit of my story I could feel the compassion flooding from the owner and another reking master. The next visit was much more calm yet filled with even more love. The salt cave is relaxing and helps me destress! They have so many cool workshops every month and the owner is wonderful! Love the environment! Marisa is wonderful!! Her Reiki and knowledge is healing and comforting!

This was my first experience in a salt cave. I go to hot springs regularly to keep my health strong. Southern Ontario doesn't seem to have any hot springs please let me know if I am wrong!!! so this was suggested to me as a substitute as I am visiting family here. I went in with a bit of a chest cold and a really stressed body from overexposure to the electrosmog of the city. Within minutes of being in the cave, I could feel my muscles kind of twinkling that's the best word I can think of to explain it. Kind of like they were coming back to life. After doing some gentle yoga stretching in the cave, my body feels really relaxed. My hair feels stronger, like I swam in the ocean. My mind is relaxed similar to being in a mineral pool. The woman there went above and beyond, staying late to accommodate my having a full session after I booked past the last slot time of the day. Then she gracefully stayed even longer as I picked some beautiful salt lamps for my family even though her family was calling & waiting for her.... Thank you for helping me! Will make a world of difference for my health over the next few days of still being in the city. Definitely a beneficial addition to a eudaemonic routine. Thank you! Loved it

Highly recommended!! This was my first time here and I was very impressed. I had an RMT massage in the salt cave. The service was great, the salt cave is unique and very relaxing. I also did the 45 minute sauna session. It was very clean, you can adjust the temperature and it’s also a nice atmosphere. Definitely a place to check out for your next massage.

I went for a massage and wanted to share my feedback! Firstly do not judge a book by its cover; it is in plaza and very unassuming but is lovely inside. The receptionist was very nice and the salt rocks everywhere is very cool. We filled out our medical forms and I thought the RMT's would have asked if we wanted anything specifically worked on or not and they didn't. It was fine as we were there for relax, but just a note if you were there for a reason beyond relaxing. The salt cave is really amazing; where else can you walk on salt? The lighting is beautiful and the walls lined in salt rocks. The most impressive was the two salt water waterfalls to ensure negative ions in the air. The massages were very nice and I would recommend to others for the experience.
