Story

La Brasserie Melrose, une extension de la très courue Pizzeria Melrose de Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, propose une cuisine du marché où s’entremêlent des saveurs méditerranéennes et des produits locaux et de saison. Le chef Éric Dénommé, fort de plus de vingt ans d’expérience, y concocte des plats à la fois simples et frais, infusés de cette passion pour l’art culinaire qui l’habite depuis sa tendre enfance.
Ambiance bistro conviviale et chaleureuse, parfaite pour un tête-à-tête ou une occasion spéciale. D’ailleurs, il est possible de réserver le restaurant pour des événements. L’été, la terrasse s’ouvre sur la rue Sherbrooke Ouest.

We had a terrible experience here. First, although there were 3 servers, it took them 10 minutes to lead us to the table, only the busboy(?) guy was hard-working but the servers were rude and unkind. They threw napkins on our table, and ignored us. Secondly, price was ridiculous compared to the quality. My boyfriend ordered a rib eye steak($35), nothing else but only small butter thing was on the steak. Steak was big, but thin, a bit dry, no sauce. Can't believe that it was $35! Also, there weren't any decorations on the plate!! It would have been better to get one from metro market and cook it myself. My chicken breast was not bad, not good either. Best food? Fries. Only the fries were tasty. We spent a total of $138 at the restaurant; 2 beers, 1 appetizer, and 2 main meals, it was the worst decision ever.

Super pleasantly surprised. Was not expecting anything special but the food here is top notch. The artic char was lovely, the soup vichyssoise was excellent the shrimps and the mussel tapas great. Overall a solid MB rating 8.5.

Westmount resturant on Sherbrooke! That should be all you need to know. It has that Westmount posh to it along with simplicity, found in all upper scale venues. Food is very good. Service is good. It certainly lives up to its location. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for, and here is no exception.

Good Food, But Expensive The food here is quite good, the service satisfactory, but the prices are high in my opinion. $20 for a lunch hamburger on a weekday is not something I would expect except for high end hotel room service.

A great place the bring a date. The food and service is really good, and they have a large selection of wines that are very well priced.
