I pick up an online order of groceries every week. They stock the online order of groceries in cabinets at the front of the store.nnYou have to pay 1$ for the cart deposit and go through the cashes with the cart to access the pick up area. However, it is almost always a smooth process and I am grateful to skip grocery shopping. I also acknowledge the cart deposit must be normal at all no-frills locations.nnA worker named Kayla is fantastic!!!!!! She helps with our online orders and she is incredible at customer service. She calls us to see if we want any replacements every time she is on shift.nnI think the prices and stock are fair. If we pick up on Sunday's sometimes the flyer deal items are gone. But I think they restock on Wednesdays or Thursdays.

You are our regular go to for weekly food shopping. Staff is polite and helpful some of whom we have enjoyed getting to know better. A special acknowledgement to cashier May. She is an absolute delight and we look forward to seeing her smile each week and her infectious laughter. She is a keeper and worthy of your employ.nnOnly one recent issue: PC dealcolized Sauvignon Banc was a major disappointment over the holidays. Suggest another supplier or remove altogether.It was sour and bitternOtherwise, try to keep those prices to a minimum as possible. Best wishes for 2026

Terrible experience with the PC pick up! Never had this bad experience! Ive been doing online pick up since it started and have done it at different stores. I did it yesterday at No Frills and was so upset. They removed stuff from my order that they had in store. And not just one thing 5 iteams. I had to go back and try and remember what i ordered. Do not do online groceries there.

Absolutely amazing store to shop at!nAlways has great deals and staff is pretty good to deal with.nI only have one issue and I will admit its kind of petty....but WHY do I have to walk theough the entire store to get a hand basket?nAt least 80% of the time, I walk in to see zero baskets, but I can find them all over by the self checkout which is at a self checkout and not by the entrance where they should be.nThey should be conveniently placed at the door, not where some might not think to look.nLet's fix this NoFrills.....for the elders at least!

I had a disappointing experience at your Place d’Orléans location 1226 Place d’Orléans Dr, Ottawa.nnI found a “Baklava Gourmet Family Pack” clearly labeled at $4.39 in the display. However, when I went to pay, I was charged $16.97 instead. When I brought this up and asked to speak to someone, the staff were dismissive and unhelpful.nnI understand mistakes can happen, but pricing errors are the store’s responsibility—not the customer’s. Other retailers honor the displayed price or follow scanning accuracy policies, and I expected the same level of service here.nnInstead, I was met with poor customer service and no effort to resolve the issue.nnI hope management can address this and ensure better training and customer service in the future.
