Fantastic links style municipal course. Surprisingly windy on the course, giving a real links feel. Tough bunkers shots and thick fescue await if you miss the fairways and greens. Electric carts are equipped with a golf GPS.
Super fun course Love the long holes, get higher and higher to a great lookout. Great conditions and very well kept. Definitely going back. Ps Say goodbye to your ball if its in the thick
The course is so well maintained and good for beginners. You can barely lose your balls here. Probably one of the best public courses I have ever seen.
It's always a serene feeling coming here with the kids for teeing at their range. Can't believe it used to be a dumping zone back in the days which has not turned into this beautiful 18 holes Golf course with 5 pars and some tricky 4 & 3 pars. Definitely would recommend and will visit again !
Loved the course and they have a nine hole as well as an 18... All amenities of the club house are located at the 18 hole course just a short drive up the street
The course was stunning. Designed well and very challenging. The full 18 holes includes Par 5's, many 4's and a few tricky Par 3's. Staff and marshals were all friendly and helpful! The wind at this height can be strong at times but regardless of what hole you are on, there is always an incredible view!!
I just moved to the area from an area with a lot of world class golf courses. You can't ask much more from a course for the price of a BraeBen round. The course is very well kept and green. The only issue is that since a lot of new players come here, they don't fix their ball divets on the greens which is quite noticeable.
Played BraeBen Golf Course for the first time in mid October 2020. Past the peak of fall colours would be photo worthy at hole 7 but the splashes in the surrounding cityscape still made the views extra good. No leaves to speak of on the course itself which helps you keep your ball. The greens here were some of the best I have played, of good size, great smoothness and gentle contours. The course in general was in very good condition and for the $41 walking twilight rate was good value. Look forward to playing here again.
BreaBen cool name has the feel of a Scottish Links course. Of course, that comes with punishing rough if you miss the fairways. Unfortunately, some players don’t fix their ball marks on the greens or rake the bunkers…but that goes with them. For a Municipal course, I’m very impressed. Solid A.
Took golf classes here and also play here often. Love this course. Very clean and large and great for driving range or 9 holes or even a championships course if you dare. The classes I took were with Gary who is a wonderful golf coach and we learned a lot. Highly recommend..p.s. their large bucket of 100 balls for a driving range is only $10.20. Best value in town
