I bought a 2010 ford edge in really good condition with low kms its a Beautiful ride and beautiful suv and definitely an upgrade to the dodge caliber I was driving before. Paul was super awesome and helpful. And was always fast to reply to me when I called or emailed him. After I had the suv for a few days my sunroof stopped working properly( turns out all it was was needing to be recalibrated:) they got me in the very next morning and fixed it for me. The guys that work at bracklands are great and I would highly recommend them to everyone!!! Thank you Paul I love my ford edge :):):)

Had the car 4 months and the clutch was destroyed. Barely able to get it down to them to fix. Which is what he said they would do for me. What a week for a full diagnosis and action. Lied to me about trying to get a hold of me and constantly needed reminders. Like I said had the car for 4 months and got zero help for a destroyed clutch and a $1900 bill. Said they couldn't do the clutch but with everything it seemed like they just didn't want to. Make sure the car is sound before leaving the lot. Lesson learned

Get an independent pre-purchase safety inspection, or immediately upon receipt. Lesson learned!

We bought a car from them, and we have had it less than six months. In that time, we have had to put just over $1500 of work into it already. Alternator, wheel bearing, all new brake pads and rotors. The rotors were in TERRIBLE condition, so bad that nobody should of been driving. (I am not a mechanic so I had no idea) The mechanic said even six months ago he has NO idea how it would of pass a safety, and it NEVER should have been sold like this. I would recommend taking a mechanic with you, too look at a car here, or go somewhere else. All they care about is making a quick sale, no matter the condition of the car.
