Story

We are an 18 hole semi private championship course with many mature trees, wildflowers and ponds. We have a beautifully renovated, air conditioned hall that can seat up to 183 guests. "A picturesque golf club just east of Oshawa. The front nine is fairly open and the back nine is a real challenge because of the thick forest lining the fairways. Course has the potential to be a great course, greens are well kept, Tee boxes could use a little bit of loving, fairways aren't very noticeable, there's not much of a difference between rough and fairway! Sand traps are nice and fluffy, the pace of play is reasonable! Prices seem to be a little on the higher side for the quality of golf, wouldn't mind coming to the course if the prices were a little more reasonable. Overall still a nice course with beautiful scenery, nice course design and very friendly staff!! The potential is there with this course
Greens were in very good shape, as were the tee boxes. Many fairways were rather sparse, leaving balls sitting on dirt in the middle of the fairway.
Have played this course many times this year. Never really had an issue with booking or course conditions, the fairways on a couple holes can get a bit crispy, but I haven't seen it in unplayable shape. Bring your sunscreen for the front 9 and bug spray for the back 9 and let it fly! Staff have always been delightful, good beer selection in tge snack shop. Lots of challenging holes for the high handicapper, good selection of par 3s, 4s and 5s. Love the rustic feel of the club and will happily return again and again!
This is an okay tract to play. The t-boxes need to be repaired of divets and the fairways are rough, but the greens seem to be well maintained. Wide open on the front 9 and narrow on the back. One par 5 is a true dog leg and you need a strategy to get around it.
Budget friendly course but with recent dryness the fairways were hard, bumpy, and brown. Golf carts are old and tired, had to get a second one after the first ihole
This place is awful. The fairways and rough are the same. The grounds are very poorly maintained. Werid bounded tee decks, you throw the ball down and it will be below or above your feet. It’s a proper 3 star golf course.
This course will not be confused with any of the areas top end courses. It's a mid-length track with decently quick greens and lots of mature trees lined fairways. Its not the course for the very low handicapper, but for most of us it is all the challenge we mid to high handicappers can handle. You don't need a driver on every hole but there are more than enough opportunities to let it loose. The cost is decent and I found the staff very friendly.
Great experience, possibly due to amazing weather. This is not a top 10 track, however in my opinion, fantastic value! A challenge as some fairways are very tight. Not much in the way of sand or water but enough. We all had fun, except for the scores, it would have been a perfect day! Friendly atmosphere and $57 with cart on a Saturday is awesome.
Under-rated, fairways were dry, yellow, and hard, but course was nice, greens were very well kept,
Beautiful course. The only issue I have is that I had booked 18 holes, with a cart and a 6pm tee time, I arrived promptly at 5:40 prepared to play all 18 holes, just to be told that I could only play 9 holes if I wanted a cart. Not too stoked about that.
